Dairy Queen

The ice cream is a disgrace compared to some of the Artisan ice cream in Victoria. Though the price is favourable, it's a much better idea to spend a few extra bucks and actually enjoy your ice cream. It's also hard on the stomach due to the low quality ingredients and the making in such large quantities. Do not recommend DQ to ANYBODY.

It took 15 minutes for a mushroom Swiss burger and a Buffalo chicken melt and when I walked in I was the only one they were serving, there was nobody else in the restaurant! And on top of that I had to stop them from giving my burger to someone else that came in after me! If all you can do is ice cream in a timely fashion than that's all you should do! 15 minutes for a burger, ridiculous! I could have made the damn burger at home faster then that!

Slow service but to be fair she seemed new and was all by herself. Cook wasn't helping her and she seemed flustered. At least she knew how to make a good strawberry shortcake blizzard!

It's a dairy queen. Great if you want ice cream or fast food. Cleaner than most

This HAD been my go to DQ for the last 4 years. But no more. with only 1 order ahead of mine. My order ( 2 blizzards , 1 cheese burger and a basket of chicken strips ) i waited 21 minutes from order to take out. you only had 4 customers in during that whole time. I spent my time waiting watching your Newer young employee's talk / help their friends / co workers, Not even acknowledging the customers waiting to order with a simple Hi, we'll be right with you. Very sub par Customer service. and then the food arrived... I live not 2 minutes away and when i got there the food was cold. the basket of chicken strips isn't separated at all so my Partners Fries are coated in the chicken strips sauce.. Blizzards so soupy they had to be frozen for hours, conveniently skipped the blizzard flip test as they handed to us. Really hope this changes soon, But i won't be coming back in to see.
