Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Terrible service. They forgot stuff in our order and when I had to turn around to get it they accused me of lying. Need a major upgrade in management and have staff that can double check an order. Would not recommend this location!

Gotta love the blizzards and the pup cups. Not the best DQ because of the crazy wait times in the drive-thru but the food is usually good

Food is always good but they don't allow indoor dining. It's also a very long wait time to just get ice cream. The one thing that's really frustrating is if they miss anything in your order you're not able to go inside so you have to somehow get back to the drive-thru window even though there are other cars there.

I'd give them one star, but I'm feeling generous. This location has terrible burger buns, aren't always open when their hours say, and have been out of chicken tenders for as long as I can remember. Needs to work on ordering and training employees better.

they made us go through the drive thru again to use our second coupon but the kids were nice about it
