Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not even that busy. Took like 45 minutes and I was the second in line and only a few to go orders.. zero effort to give fresh food and zero effort to show any hustle. Not good, needs a lot of attention. Also, paid for guac and received pretty much nothing..

Dining room had tables closed down fairly early. Compensation was a giant burrito and tortilla did not rip. Well done.Food: 5/5

Terrible! The employees locked the door two hours prior to closing time to avoid customers. All employees look like they were goofing around while the new guy tried to help over a dozen customers. Nothing was clean! Disgusting! old food everywhere, Bathrooms were not cleaned, garbage was not taken out, none of the tables were wiped down. All employees at this location should be fired including the manager! Who ever Owens this location should be ashamed.

If I could give no stars I would. This is By far the Worst Location That I have ever been too. From the unsafe food to the the unclean store to the horrible customer service. I can in to this store on 05/15/22 and the lettuce was pink , the beans were dried out and crusty. And the store was in horrible conditions. I ask the lady why was the lettuce pink and she said “oh when we rinsed the lettuce and it’s been sitting out for a long time it turned pink”. I proceeded to believe her and just didn’t get lettuce or beans and drove home. I love no more then 5 mins away and my food was completely cold when I got home. You would think that it came out of the freezer. One of my burritos has crunchy cheese. Which indicates to me that it was old. And my bowl was horrible from the meet being mushy and cold to the rice being crunchy. I couldn’t even finish eating it and of course their phones don’t work so I could get ahold of anyone. I called multiple times the next day and no luck. I thought that the worst part of this store was it’s food and it’s dirty store but no it gets worst. I went back to the store at 12pm and asked for a store manager and Claribel said that she was the manager. She was also in the store last night. So I didn’t feel comfortable with talking to her so I asked for a GM a STORE MANAGER. Because Clairbel also had a look on her face that she didn’t care. She went to the back and stayed back there for 5 mins and then came back with who I thought was the store manager. And the clairbel girl came back laughing. I told her about the lettuce and she said “it came like that.” I work with food and I can tell you that lettuce should never come pink. So then I asked the girl Wendy “Store manager” if she was the store manager multiple times and she said yes. I asked for a refund because now I’m upset because I know she is lying. She told me even though I know exactly what time I can and I have picture proof that I was there of the lettuce. And that I have the card that I paid with that she couldn’t help me. Side note this girl isn’t the store manager she is not the GM. Through the whole time they thought this was the funniest thing in the world. I never got a chance to talk to the actual store manager. And I feel insulted. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!! there is another chipotle with better service in maple grove!!

This store is very clean. the staff is very friendly and the portions are great. i had a huge burrito and now im full. Vegetarian options: Had a bunch of options for vegans.

Went in today because my son has never been there and had been wanting to try it. We were told that they were only doing online orders and we could not order while in the restaurant. This was while she was standing at the register. I looked around, and the people that were there had their arms crossed and looked put out. We were basically told to leave if we didn't order online first. Lost my money. This is not a successful business model to turn away customers.

This company is ridiculous. Full staff, long line in the store and they only takes online order. Now imagine, you are elder, then you starve to death. People without credit cards .. better luck next time! Da hell is up with half spoon chicken for $9? Done. I go make my own

Food was fine, although, if you’re going to charge extra for an item you should get more than a 1/4 of a scoop. Along with this, I got a half scoop of rice and a half scoop of chicken. Proportions are terrible and staff aren’t very nice.

The reason I give this Chipotle at 3 is because one they have great food, but not only that it's in a great location. However it's not always best to be on your phone and not bother turning around for customers when they're waiting in line for food especially when you have one workers working harder than the rest, I understand you guys are about to close in genuinely get it I worked fast food but it doesn't give a great image when you're on your phone and one co-workers working harder than the rest otherwise fabulous service from the one and great food.

GROSS! Driving through the cities we regularly stop at this location but the last few times has been blah. I begged to go elsewhere but my husband and kids over ruled. Nothing had changed...2 working at a snails pace filling online orders first, 4 people on break. It was 3 PM so a relatively slow time of the day and the restaurant was a mess and disgusting. All the tables needed to be cleaned, out of napkins and low silverware, the bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper, garbage over flowing, and I just lost my appetite before I ordered. My daughter ordered a barbacoa bowl and it the meat wasn't even shredded. She got a huge block of meat in the middle of her bowl. My other daughter ordered barbacoa tacos and the employee was trying to find anything shredded in the container but all big blocks of meat. I'm shocked at all the previous reviews stating similar experiences and there's been no change.
