Taco John's

Everything has been great lately and the new girls at the drive through are top notch, very friendly and polite.

I would like to know why this Taco Johns is closed at 8 pm or at least the lobby is but is supposedly open until 10 for the lobby

We stopped here on a roadtrip to hopefully get something quick & keep going. We ended up waiting like 25 minutes. It was ridiculous. The person I was with wanted to just leave & go to the Subway across the street instead, but I kept saying to wait. Didn't receive any taco sauce with the tacos we ordered. No apology or any acknowledgment of the long wait. Not sure if they were understaffed or what. We didn't order anything crazy or a large quantity. Just nachos/tacos.

Was supposed to go in for a Job interview with the Jamestown general manager (Harlie Wilson), and I arrived 5 minutes early, and she wasn't there. One of her employees called her and she told them to tell me that she would call me later and never did. Later when I messaged her and asked her for when we could reschedule she ignored me, and later when I asked her if they had opening, she said no that they were fully staffed. Very rude and wasted my time.
