Visited for the first time and their drink was very good. I visited again recently and seems like they are going out of business..? We got a Chestnut Bliss, and Mango Pomelo with Taro Balls. We wondered if we got a wrong drink bc Chestnut Bliss didn’t taste anything like chestnut but very much like Oreo Regardless it was really good that I didn’t mind much haha

Very unique selection of drinks that you won’t find anywhere else. The Mango Pomelo Taro Ball is such a fantastic combination of flavours and every sip is a treat. Highly recommend trying it if you come here.Recommended dishesMango Pomelo with Taro Ball

The menu is very creative with a lot of good options. Not boring like a typical bubble tea store. I tried 4 different drinks and all is surprisingly good normally I can’t try that much until something not good got pick. I tried : Mango Pomelo, taro coconut milkshake, Purple rice yogurt with Peach gum and greenmilk tea with something I can’t spell ormansthus something.

first time trying this boba place! ordered the brown sugar milk tea and crème brûlée pearl milk tea. for the brown sugar milk tea it was relatively sweet would recommend getting less sugar if possible. both drinks had fresh and soft boba but lacking portion wise. service was great and the tearista are very knowledgeable on the drinks and super sweet

This is one of my favorite boba places. Read the last paragraph for store update. Their Matcha Latte with Boba is one of the best compared with the other places I have tried that have matcha boba. The matcha is well blended, and it does not have a grainy feeling in your mouth. It also does not have an artificial matcha taste. However, with their new menu change this year, they removed that item. For this reason, I am sad and disappointed about that. I assume that it is because sourcing matcha powder is getting more expensive [you can see the photos attached on how it was before more matcha in early 2021 and after less matcha in late 2021]. It was still good though and was my go-to drink. Regular: $5.49 ; Large: $5.99+ $0.50 for tapioca Nonetheless, I still love their other items such as their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea R: $4.79 ; L: $5.29 and Brown Sugar Milk Tea R: $5.89 ; L: $6.39. I really enjoy their strong depth of tea flavor compared with the other boba shops. It is very prominent. Their tapioca is good too - has a nice bounce and is not overly mushy or hard. Their price point is reasonable too, regarding the quality explained above. September 15, 2022. As an update to this store when I went today, they are closed. There is a paper on their door that says, "Notice of Termination." I am devastated that this happened, and I do not know if they are closed forever here, if they are planning to open at another location as a result of this, or something else. Hopefully, it is not too far away and that it is still in Scarborough...this place will be missed. ⁠⁠⁠⁠,⁠ October 6, 2022. UPDATE: They are back and running at the same location!! Yay!! March 26, 2023. LAST UPDATE: They are permanently closed. Other people already said they are closed since February. I'm forever sad now...hope they will open other place in Scarborough... ˚ ˃̣̣̥᷄⌓˂̣̣̥᷅ But to end on a good note, matcha has returned! But in the other locations that's far. I hope they make it permanently on their menu.

M Cha Bar is currently my go to bubble tea place. They have the most unique options compared to other places. The quality of the teas and toppings are always good and the drinks are made consistently. My go to top three are: Soybean Crema milk tea Peachy Dream Taro Coconut Milkshake Pictured *all no sugar less ice They also have a points reward system and an app to order ahead. Dietary restrictions: Can fully customize drink options.

Love that they have daily specials that change every month. I happed to get the Lemon Hibiscus Tea with Aloe. I got it with 30% sugar which was actually too low because it was very sour. This may be a matter of personal preference but hopefully staff can be trained to let customers know which drinks should be paired with more sugar because of the sourness. Location was clean, staff was friendly and efficient.

Absolutely loved all 3 drinks we got. Definitely our new favourite bbtea place! The chestnut bliss, Mango Pamela taro ball and strawberry Yakut Is just so good ! Super friendly service !

Let me preface this comment by stating that I usually love to order from M Chá Bar. The drinks are very tasty and there are good topping options. Usually, the lids are so tight that it’s difficult to take it off even if I want to so it’s fine even if they use lids and not vacuum sealed cups. However, the one time I managed to knock over the cup, the entire lid popped off and spilled half its contents over my bed and floor. Upon examination of the cup, I found an obvious defect in the lip of the cup that prevented it from being closed securely. I understand that it was incredibly busy today with the $2 drink special but that does not excuse the fact that I was given a cup with an ill fitting lid and NOT warned about the fact that it wasn’t secured properly. Please take steps in the future to either maintain the quality of your brand and give customers proper cups or at least inform them that it is not properly fitted. In regards to the service of the store itself and the $2 drink special, I find that the store did not properly indicate the scope of the offer on the advertisements. It only stated that 3 drinks were on special and some restrictions may apply, restrictions not indicated. I went to order all 3 drinks and was told that it was only 1 per person which makes sense but should have be clearly written, and 2 of 3 drinks were unavailable. The cashier also seemed unsure about the special and had to keep checking with a coworker. Additionally, the store has put up these incredibly tall plastic screens due to COVID and the workers were masked. It was difficult to hear what they were saying and they seemed to only use their intercom thing sparingly. The workers and the customers could barely hear each other. TLDR; please quality check your cups, make sure your drink special is fully and concisely laid out and do something about the communication gap between workers and customers

M Cha Bar has the BEST mango sago drink pictured! It's their #1 most popular drink for good reason! The taro balls just complete the drink! The vibe of the bbt place is nice and inviting too - it's very spacious and has cute tables and seats to do work at! Easy to have conversations with friends over a bbt. Can't wait to come back.
