Fast and friendly service, had spaghetti bolognese and cheesecake which was great. We had it pre-booked so unsure whether it would be as quick if you just turned up and paid for something. All in all it was a nice restaurant to dine in. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps into the place, so can just go straight in.

I have been going to Da Giovanni since I was a little girl that was a very longtime and was sad to see it was not at the same location so I called they gave us directions but we still couldn't find it. We called back because we couldn't find it. The Manager got in her car and came and got us for free, what an amazing person. We had a superb meal with great service . Definitely a do-over with out the ride hopefully next time.

The food was really tasty with great portion sizes. Both meals and sides were what we needed. Only downside was they opened the front window where we were seated and yellow jackets started flying around us ... plus lots of people walking by with no buffer. I would have chosen a different table if I knew they were opening the window. Otherwise highly recommended.

Established 1954 and recently moved to the Best Western building in Downtown Montreal. Absolutely the Best Spaghetti and Meatballs I've Ever eaten in my Life. Staff was amazing and had to go back a second time in the 4 days I stayed there. Desert - Key Lime Pie was also Off the Hook Delicious. Highly Recommend Going There to Eat. Cheers Kiki

Da Giovanni is one of the oldest restaurants in Montreal. People used to line up outside to get in. What made them special was their special marinara sauce and their very generous servings. The sauce is still the same, but the portion I got last time I was there was really small. I was disappointed.

I must say this Restaurant was very welcoming Host was very kind and helpful Chicken parmasan Was great portion size taste great & the Pasta and pizza was freshly baked I order from there two nights well I stayed at The Best Western Hotel I would go backto this restaurant the next time I stay in Montreal thank you so much

It tasted like boxed pasta and canned sauce with ground beef added. Very bland, not worth the $, regretted going there as soon as my entree was put in front of me.Food: 2/5

Didn’t even get served or welcomed in. Just weird looks and whispers from what seemed to be a waiter and a manager. The waiter in question completely ignored my partner when they very nicely said hi. He looked at us, grabbed a drink from a mini fridge and walked away. We ended up leaving without ordering. I’m hoping that this inadequate treatment wasn’t on the basis of our appearance as three queer looking students.
