From start to finish every dish was meticulously planned and served with care. Absolute fantastic use of novel ingredients and combinations that highlighted the features of each course. Personal favourite was the pasta dish, filling was light yet flavourful and the pasta was silky and cooked perfectly. The real star was the tomatoes reduction that really brought the dish together. Staff was friendly, accommodating and the owner / chef personally visited ours and every other table multiple times Audrey appreciated the attention!!. What a fantastic meal and experience. If you're on the fence, make reservations now! You won't be dissapointed.

Chef driven restaurant with a great team that made the dining experience exceptional! Homemade everything, down to the butter. Some of the best bread I’ve ever had. The hand rolled ravioli’s were out of this world! Overall, dishes were creative and I was impressed by every dish. Wine pairings were on point! I can’t recommend this place enough! Sit at the bar/Chef’s table if you can - watching them cook is an experience in of itself. There is a bright future ahead for this Chef and team - don’t miss this spot!

What a cozy and unique experience in Montreal! I recommend sitting by the comptoir du chef, we got to see and interact with the kitchen staff. Culinary wise, we discovered and even rediscovered local ingredients in a tasty, innovative fashion. I also recommend the wine pairing - we made great discoveries.

Dining at Cabaret l'Enfer is a unique and immersive experience into the mind of its chef-owner. The tasting menu is composed of thoughtfully crafted dishes that are creative and surprising yet familiar all at once. Impeccable and warm service. Sit at the bar for a front row ticket to the show and interact with kitchen staff. Dietary restrictions: the staff was happy to accommodate a vegan in our party, and able to replicate the tasting menu

I had only one picture for the entire 7 services. pretty cool dessert and delicious. I never thought of pictures - I was enjoying the very best experience in a very long time. the participation of the chef and cooks to present the plates, the service even a special non-alcohol cocktail for the non-drinking guest!, the expert design of the plates wow the bar rayé sur le beurre safranné!, the great natural wines la piquette!, and more importantly, the combination of the sophisticated savor of local food slowly painstakingly prepared. and it's not all about the food as we had in fact the best family evening with just the right time between courses and great interaction with staff. merci a toute l'équipe at au chef!

Meticulous, impeccable precision by an impressive staff! Utterly amazing… From the moment I was seated, I knew I was in for a culinary journey. Starting with the drink, made with berries that would later be incorporated into two of the several dishes; were a mixture of complex ingredients that was simple, yet striking on my palate. The dishes following were equally complex and full of flavor. The story of each plate summarized by head chef and owner, Massimo; are fascinating. Even more enchanting, the chef march, where the chef and his entire kitchen staff serve each guest in your party at the same exact time. The vibe of the restaurant was extremely clean and modern with a twist of coolness. The food and wine tasting are incredible and are definitely worth the occasional splurge. I would fly back to Montreal from Los Angeles any day of the week just to return to this delectable, absolutely outstanding dining experience.

Spectacular dinner. Each plate was innovative, tasty and really highlighted the ingredients. Chefs brought each one over themselves and took the time to explain. Excellent service, especially when it came to all the wine pairings and doing adjustments to please everyone at the table. Overall great experience and definitely somewhere we will be going back to soon!

Utterly charmed! The phenomenal CE experience starts as soon as you open the doors; where music and dim lighting sets the stage for a seductive culinary adventure. The servers are knowledgeable and endearing thank you Lauren. The chef, imaginative and captivating, welcomes allergies and relishes the opportunity to present his patrons with creative food combinations. The wine pairings are original and delicious. The bathrooms are clean and a thoughtful Miel d’Aniset hand soap accompanies your powder room pause. I have nothing bad to say about this gem of a restaurant, not even a constructive criticism suggestion. Come, bring your friends and enjoy having your senses enchanted.
