So glad this place came across my IG page. We drove to the Guelph location from Cambridge with the kids to check it out. WOW! The service was amazing and the store was so clean. The owner was such a joy to meet and was patient and informative as he took our order the menu does not miss a beat - so hard to choose. We finally decided on a birthday cake tornado, classic strawberry funnel cake and a strawberry delight and fudge & caramel concoction funnel fries - SO GOOD! This has to be the best dessert spot yet. The portions are large so great to share your choices. Thankful we asked for them "To-GO". Everything was fresh and refreshing. We definitely left feeling full and satisfied. Well worth the short drive and we will definitely be back for more. Thank you D-Spot!
Amazing desserts and such a fun experience!! The food is delicious. High quality ingredients allow for blending authentic Belgian favorites with typical Canadian flavors. As a Belgian I'm usually very picky about any place that claims to have Belgian waffles/chocolate/dessert but this place is awesome! Heads up if it's your first time going, portions are HUGE! lol so it's well worth the price but if you order something like "Hit D Spot" keep in mind you can split it between like 4 people. Haha my friend was NOT prepared.
It's a great and very pretty place to sit and eat. My mom , sister and I went in for a late night dessert for the first time there and ordered waffles and funnel cake. They were delicious and tasty! We will definitely be going there again for desserts and shakes.
This is a great spot for dessert in guelph! Our crepe/brownie was fantastic, super fresh and not too sweet. The portion sizes are massive and one order was too much for two people to split - so if you’re looking for large amounts of delicious desserts, this is the place for you! The only issues we encountered were long wait times for our food and the prices were high for very large portions, I would love to see smaller menu items available for less per plate in the future. Although, this place is definitely worth visiting!
This place has such a cool and trendy aesthetic! I ordered a New York style Cheesecake, a crepe, and a waffle. Everything was made really quick and the service was great and friendly. Everything tasted great! We can't wait to go again!!
Super friendly and helpful service thank you Abdul, clean, and fresh toppings. They change the oil regularly to ensure the batter will taste fresh. The funnel cake was the best I’ve had in a long while. Batter was fluffy and crunchy, and the rose nut ice cream was delicious. This is my new dessert spot.
Had a wonderful time at this Dspot location last night! Tasty desserts and yummy milkshakes!! Loved the service, the ambiance and the vibe of this place! Totally recommend if you are looking for a delicious dessert!
Great spot for dessert! I was really happy to see a Guelph location as I love the one in Mississauga. This location only has dessert, but it is all halal. They have a great selection of desserts and ice cream. It’s a very clean place with helpful, friendly staff! I got the sticky toffee cake and it was amazing!
Decided to try D spot for the first time and I must say, the family fun day was a blast. Very clean shop, friendly and professional staff and the menu will definitely keep you coming back to try another treat. A+
The selection is amazing. We had the Royalty funnel cake. Delicious and quite large. They are a bit pricey $16.75 but fancy and easily a two person dessert. Will definitely be coming back.
