DÉMÉNAGEMENT PERFORMANCE

Hired Déménagement Performance to pick up my belongings that i was moving from abroad from the Montreal airport and deliver them to my new home. When they arrived with my boxes they were missing my new $2700 65" TV. After checking their documents they had signed for it at the airport and so have lost it somewhere in the 30 minute drive between the two locations.They made note of this on the delivery document and said they would be in touch. After a week of me having to keep calling their agent Bert Graf who repeatedly told me he was looking for it and would update me by the end of the day and then not doing, he stopped answering my phone calls and didn't return any of my messages. It's now 3 weeks later and still no tv or any information from Déménagement Performance DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They took twice as long as estimated to move 4 blocks, damaged stairs and walls, were swearing in front of my toddler when asked to put boxes in bedrooms instead of front room, smelled like drugs after taking a break, and now can't get them to reply to my attempts to have them cover the damages by their insurance. Stay away, there are plenty of others in Montréal to choose from to have to deal with rock bottom theft like this.

I used Déménagement Performance/Allied Van Lines for a Canada to U.S. move. I am still waiting for my shipment more than one month after loading and 12 days after the latest delivery date given in the written estimate. The Déménagement Performance agent, Bert Graf, has given me incorrect and/or incomplete information. At one point he demanded payment prior to loading and asked me to provide my credit card information my email. There is something seriously wrong with this business. Stay away at all costs! I'm not sure I will ever see my household goods again. Worst experience with a business I have ever had!

J'ai utiliser les services de ce déménageurs à 3 reprises (2012, 105 et dernièrement 2018) et j'ai eu à chaque fois un excellent services. Des déménageurs très courtois, soucieux de bien faire attention aux biens et tout. Je les recommande haut la main.
