I was just at the IGA on Henri Bourassa in St Laurent. When I asked for a raincheck for an item in your flyer, I was told that the item was not in the flyer. I showed the manager Michel the flyer on my phone he would not acknowledge it. Don't worry I went to Walmart and I will go there from now on. You just lost a customer.

I got wrongly charged by a Shell gas station on cavendish in cote st luc owned by Sobeys QC. First, I called shell. They were able to verify how much gas I took and how much was charged to my credit card and they told me they'd refund me shortly. Then I got a call back--they can't, the shell station is actually owned by Sobeys. They told me Sobeys would be in touch as Sobeys requested all my contact info shocker, they never called me.nnCalled Sobeys Quebec and the lady rudely told me that if I have no receipt, she probably can't refund me. Funny that shell had no issue verifying everything to refund me. She let me know she'd call me back and let me know if it was possible. She never called me back.nnLuckily, I paid with my credit card, so I called Visa and they were able to investigate and refund me within ONE DAY.nnI will make a rule of never, ever using a shell that is owned by Sobeys. I cannot tell what is what, so I will avoid all shells from now on.nnDishonest.

I was just notified that you tried to put my Credit Card through for a transaction that was not made by me. Did you even bother to look at the signature on the card or that it belong to the person that tried to make the purchase. I will be contacting the Home Land Security Office here in the USA to get to the bottom of this. Your a fraud and you should be closed down for allowing this to happen.
