Moving Expert Plus

Was reffered by a friend who had a positive experience wotht his company. I moved during a very busy period of the year so I guess they hire extra "crew" since one of the workers said he doesnt work much often. They showed two hours late which I was warned through a phone call. They looked a little grungy but I didnt want to judge in physical appearence. Things went bad when they started carrying boxes in a very slow motion and I had the impression of the smell of alcohol. They had no supplies like tape or plastic to wrap my things as promised, only very dirty blankets. One of the workers decided to take A NAP on my sofa after asking for food and water. Called the company during the whole ordeal very unapoligectic. We asked them to stop the whole process after 30 minutes but they refused to unload the boxes already in their truck, and threatened to drive away with our possesions. So they let my husband unload the boxes himself one by one while they DRANK BEER and SMOKED POT in the truck. Manager came only after I called him 3 times and offered to send other workers but we declined. I know that not all their workers are that incompetent but they should really higher their standards when they need to hire extra people. I called La capitale that same day, they too were very busy but sent me a sub contracter called JOE DEMENAGEMENT (check facebook) they SUPERB, excellent service!

Déménagement expert plus sont venus chez moi pour m'aider à déménager le 20 juin 2017. Je déménageais d'un 2eme étage à un 3eme étage. Je n'ai que des bons mots pour cette compagnie. Ils sont arrivés à l'heure prévu, ont été très professionnels et courtois, et ont ne se sont pas du tout traîné les pieds au contraire,c'était des gars Ben en forme. Les 3 gars ont toujours été rapide et m'ont offert tout l'aide possible. Ils m'avaient été recommandé par une collègue de travail et j'ai été très satisfait de leur service. Merci les gars 👍👍👍

J'ai fait appel à leur équipe deux fois et je les ai conseillé à mon entourage. Toute le monde est satisfait de leur service.

NE LOUEZ JAMAIS MAIS JAMAIS UN CAMION DE DÉMÉNAGEMENT CHEZ DÉMÉNAGEMENT EXPERT PLUS. Pire compagnie ever que, même si on a réservé depuis plus de quatre mois, bien que nous avons réservé pour 2 hommes, ils ont essayé de nous vendre une équipe de 3 hommes et ce, à cause de leur retard de plus de 4 heures. J'ai eu comme excuse qu'ils avaient du retard de job avant la notre (on a quand même réservé le camion entre 8 et 9 h le matin) et après c'était la transmission qui avait lâché, etc... Bref une cie de m********......
