Moving V.I.P Express

I saw some comments regarding tips in here and I still dealt with them. I asked specifically on the phone if this tip story was still going on, and they said not anymore. But surprise when they arrived, one of the movers started to insist on it and ask me twice to give “good tips”, “up to 15% at my discretion” I also had to helped them with some furnitures because service was rather low in addition. Driver was polite, and they were cautious with the furniture tho.

We had to get a very last minute move of our refrigerator that we purchased from Brault and Martineau, up to the third floor. The delivery men from the store refused to bring the fridge upstairs, insisting that it would not fit in the stairway. We contacted VIP, Angelo and Sylvain showed up and within 15 mins, got our fridge up to the 3rd floor with no issues or damages. We were more than greatful for their prompt service, and friendly personality with us to get the job done.

Very hard workers, handles your furniture with care, and are fast and efficient. Recommend this company for any of your moves. 5 stars.

The guys were supposed to arrive early in the morning around 9h and we wait for them 4hours and 30 min. An ecedible lost of time. We had to call twice the conpagny to be told the fisrt time they were going to be there in 30min. 1h30 later, still no one. We call back and they told us they were on their way but they had to stop to eat. When they finaly arrived, it tooks 30 min before they start. They arrived at 14h50 alost 5 hours later that the first time we've been told. Before we leave with the truck full of stock, they told us they were going to stop somewere to eat. Ok. When we arrived at the other place, its was raining however they started to unpack the truck. We had to stop because its was raining to much. And the end, on the bill they wrote that they started at 1h30 but they were still not there at 2h45. Anyway, the guys were king and funny they did a good job, but i think the compagny should look closer for the custumer satifaction.
