My husband and I found this gem when we were staying at the Parq hotel. Our sever Omar was fantastic and even gave us a peek at the private room behind the library. Sushi was fresh and excellent, my punch drink was fabulous and hubby's Scotch was....scotch so you can't mess it up. The decor was sexy and modern with great music. We will be back. Skip Honey Salt and head up to D6. We went just after lunch so it wasn't packed which we prefer.
I really like this lounge. It’s bougie; totally my style. While also exhibiting the casual Vancouver, west coast vibe. Especially on the patio with the games. Gorgeous in the summer time. Dress up or down; you’ll fit in. Expect to pay for the experience, not just the food. And while it was good, it is on the higher side. Try coming during happy hour or Sundays. I liked the wagyu burger. Could’ve done without the famous chicken strips it was the “famous” that hooked me in. Service was lovely; though I think they’re understaffed, cuz it was a bit slow same with the entire hospitality industry. Washrooms and everything else were very well-kept. Do watch out for parking. If you’re not a hotel guest, I recommend parking across the street by the Plaza of Nations. Basically everything you’d expect from a bar and lounge in a 5-star hotel. I will be back!
Very nice experience! I went on a Thursday, to celebrate my birthday, the waitress noticed and sent two champagnes for the bday, very friendly. The cocktails were great and the appetizers at the end of the night were excellent. Good DJ, and music. Definitely will go back again.
My favourite club in town. Classic interior design, High quality food and drinks. DJ is a pro as well. We had a bday party and they were super helpful and nice. Hundred percent gonna get back here again
Good in the day, overwhelming at night. Nice area to sit witch couches, pool tables and outdoor patio area with fires. At night when it turns into a club I found it super busy, and unreasonably loud for a bar. Drinks were great, expect to pay $20 each. Recommend to reserve ahead of time to get on the guest list.
Rented the space out for a private event and it was the perfect venue. Great staff, friendly, helpful. They also decorated the space for Christmas, nice aesthetic and high end details like the hidden bar behind the bookshelf. I recommend for events
Had a great time here with friends! Our server Jay Ann was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Colton and Kelvin also made sure our table was taken care of. Everyone was attentive and engaging. 100% would recommend everyone to go here. Music is good. The vibes are immaculate. The food is yummy. We always get the chocolate PB crunch bar and are never disappointed. Try it!!!! Hope to return soon :
Fabulous location and service for our private party of 90 people on May 21/22. Service by J-Ann and Maricar was amazing - professional, attentive, friendly - ensured the 3 hour party ran smoothly and that everyone was attended to properly. The 2 bartenders were great, too. Food - charcuterie boards, sushi, variety of passed canapés - was delicious and presented beautifully. We will definitely go back for a night out and wouldn’t hesitate to hold another party here! Thanks for the amazing night!
Really good drinks and a chill hip vibe! The drinks are really good and they have a hidden room that they will give a tour of. For sure check this place out!
First of all, I love expensive places because they usually have some unique takes on classic dishes and drinks! So when I ordered from their overpriced menu I was underwhelmed to see that the presentation was comparable to a local Red Robins and tasty enough to be in a White Spot menu. The drinks were easily forgettable and uninspired. I have easily had tastier mixed drinks in third world countries. It took 30 minutes to get my $29 order of bread, grapes, ham, and 4 slices of cheese. Understandable why the staff's professionalism was McDonald's level at best, they still get a big fat tip from you thanks to the mandatory gratuity fee. The only positive about D/6 Bar & Lounge is that the venue looks modern and cozy. Visually appealing. The perfect place to take a nap.
