Cycle Synergie / Synergy Cycle

Came in to buy a bike and the guys took great care of me! We spent the better half of two hours trying out different bikes styles, sizes and models. They provided amazing customer service by asking me the right questions, being straightforward, honest, and all-around great dudes! Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or in need of service (or looking to enlarge their vinyl collection)!

Synergy showed me that it is possible to have a very fair price with excellent service. When I first walked in I saw a couple of bikes that peaked my interest. When I got home and did my homework I found that their pricing was competitive and fair. When I returned to their shop I enjoyed great service. I wound up with a bike that was a less expensive than my original choice because it suited me better and they took the time to find that out and then fitted me accordingly. Definitely recommend!

I went there by recommendation and I could not be happier. Price is fair and service is fantastic. I was able to test 2-3 bikes, had adjustments, tried again. I loved the amount of attention to the costumer. I spend about 1 hour testing bikes until I decided which one I was going to buy. I've returned 3 times since to buy accessories and bike maintenance. Highly recommended.

Just to be clear it's 1star for sale part and 5stars for the service.I went there to have my specialized sirrus Ltd fixed up and to look for a mountain bike. I was the only client in the store so I asked the sale manager if it was possible to see the mountain bike. He replied to me "are you going to buy it or you just want to look at a rare bike??". I was not expecting that rude answer, I mean before purchasing something you better see it and try it !!!! I would have left the store if I hadn't already carry my bike inside. After this experience I know for sure that I will never buy a bike there.As a customer I will take my "business" somewhere else, where vendors treat you with respect. But thank God, the mechanics guys were super nice and fixed my bike pretty well and now it's seems like a brand new one and the price was good.
