Food was terrible and over priced. Apparently naked wings are a flavour. He then charged us two extra dollars for Franks hot sauce. Our order was incorrect. We called to let Scott know that we were not happy and he said thanks and hung up on us. Most ignorant owner we have ever run into. Save your money and go some where else. We spent $130.00 dollars for dinner there and will never spend another penny there. The place really needs a new owner. Save your money people and go somewhere else.
WE LEFT...BEFORE ORDERING!!! What a horrible person Scott the owner is!!! Don't go!!! Zero customer service. Go down the road to St Louis ...better patio. That's where the people are. Poor soul the waitress...she is being forced to do his dirty work.
Enjoyed wing night. Pay for a pound get 1-1/2 pounds. The wings where ok especially for the price $12.99. Friendly staff.
My experience is totally not based on the server. I believe she is the product of her environment. When you walk into the restaurant you are immediately faced with 8 to 10 locals sitting at the bar drinking beer. It's extremely uncomfortable. I understand in this day and age we have to produce our vaccine passports and our ID which I respect, but when there are a bunch of people watching you not 2 ft away from you, that's very uncomfortable. We have eaten at this chain in other towns and had wonderful experiences. Today however they were closing early which was fine, but we were handed our menus and a few minutes later the server returned to state that all wing orders were now $3 more than the menu stated. I don't feel that's appropriate. Change your menus. Regardless we ate our lunch, the sauces were fine the wings were good. We had only flats, I'm not sure how else to refer to them, my husband was not impressed that there were not any of the leg parts, I'm not sure about the wing lingo. I wasn't upset because I prefer the flat parts but it was odd. Needless to say, we won't be returning unfortunately, more because we felt uncomfortable not being local than anything else.

Been to Innisfil a few times for the beach and every time we're there we look for somewhere to eat...slim pickings there. We've noticed this place and wanted to try it. Finally got around to it and regretted it right after I placed my order. Food was awful and tasteless. The woman at the bar was nice and friendly and admitted she was new so couldn't tell me much about items on the menu. She went to ask who I assume is the owner/manager a few questions I had about the menu and each time she looked scared to do so. He was one grumpy looking man. I asked for lettuce with no tomato or onion on my sandwhich. He gave me a dirty look when he came out of the kitchen and proceeded to put onion and tomato on the sandwhich these toppings where not part of the original sandwhich to begin with so he clearly did what he wanted to do and possibly out of spite. Bad vibes in this place and I honestly feel sorry for the woman working there. Must be awful to have to go to work and deal with that attitude in a boss. Customer service...non-existent. Maybe he just doesn't like any one who's not a local...seems like the trend in Innisfil. Would give it zero stars if I could.
Staff are friendly and work hard. Wings are good with lots of flavors to choose from. Place is clean. nice little patio. Only detractor is the owner is not a nice guy. Doesn't treat his staff well or very welcoming more like an inconvenience. Glad I don't see him around very much. Can't wait till it opens again.
We ordered wings and were informed after we placed our orders that the wings had gone up $3 per pound. The menu showed $12.99 a pound, their website showed $13.99 but they charged us $15.99. The waitress was very curt and did not apologize but instead said they do not follow company policies as they are independent from other CW Coop's. If they do not follow CW Coop's policies they should change their name. I have a lot of friends I would have sent their way but not after the way they treated us and my family.
Owner is a piece of work. Very rude. Place closed suddenly at 530 on a Friday while we were on the patio. Wings good. Good luck ordering for pick up. Don't answer phone. A bit of a joke. Don't go here
food is pretty much from the box out of a freezer from a supermarket but the staff and service is amazing
