I was very impressed when I attended this establishment. I needed to get out of the house for an outing. I have a young child and haven't been out much with COVID. So I took a chance on Harvey's and I was glad I did. The staff were very kind and patient and the place was really clean. The food was good too! I was so happy I went and took a chance on Harvey's. So, if you need to get out of the house for a bit, this is the place to go!
I've eaten here almost every time I visit Canada and the food has always been good. I especially like their chicken wraps and love how I can customize it. The staff is friendly and check to make sure I'm satisfied. They also have free wifi which is a plus when dining in.
This might be one of the best Harvey's restaurants in Ontario. Clean, tidy, well organized, very friendly. No idea about the taste of the food though since I am not a fast food loving person. Parking: Many available.
This location is a common pit stop for my family on our way to the cottage. The staff are very nice and the food is delicious! We will continue to make this a stop in the future as the service and food are reliable and we have never had any issues here.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I ordered a order for take out and the order was estimated to be ready at 530 which it wasn't. When I spoke to the employee working there he said that there was no order. I told him that there must be because I paid for it and it showed as acknowledged on the app. He said that the order was not even stated yet and told me I have no choice but to wait 20 minutes. Which that is fine, but his attitude and tone was very disrespectful. I canceled my order immediately and I will not order from there again.
Placed an order on the Harvey’s app for pickup at 10:00 PM because they close at 10:30 according to the app, had the money withdrawn and got there at 10:13 and it was closed. Called the following morning and spoke to the manager Kevin who also didn’t really care for the inconvenience and even had to show him my bank statement to prove that I wasn’t ripping them off. Like I would waste my time to rip them off for 40 dollars. Won’t be returning back to this Harvey’s.
We always stop by this Harvey’s when we’re in the area. I love their burgers and the fresh cut fries. Food is always hot. Service is great, too.
Friday, September 2 @ 11:15am I placed an order for a crispy chicken combo with fries and a Angus burger with cheese and onion rings. The burger was not fully cooked, the fries were still starch white and the onion rings were still gooey inside. horrible horrible horrible experience there!!!
Very friendly staff. The restaurant is clean, our order came quickly and an associate checked on us as well during our meal.Food: 5/5
