Was craving wings. Called to complain because I wanted sauce on the wings and was met with a rude bartender instead of taking responsibility for the company's mistake passing the blame to someone else. I work in customer service and deal with difficult situations and never pass the blame. The customers always right. I learned that at my first job at 15. I won't be coming back. Thanks for setting this evenings tone. Def. Not worth the money
The place is really good . I must say people are missing this restaurant delicious food! We went there and to our surprise beer and food was awesome ! This is our place for friyayyyyyy night INNISFIL!! Loved the lady who served us, she was very welcoming and was serving food very fast! The service was overall marvellous as compared to over hyped restaurants around!
Good size wings but they are pricey. They do have the best wings In town. Staff is always super nice. There is a lot of parking available in front of the building.Recommended dishesChicken Wings with Fries
The worst wings, i usally loves wild wings but this is the worst the packaging was bad wings and fries together cold and i think they just put the frank sauce instead of the sauces that should come with. Never ordering from them. Improve your quality of food and packaging and use proper sauces.
had a order to pick up for 6:15, it’s 6:47 now and i’m just leaving with my order. the older lady serving was nasty and from one server to the next- don’t talk down to others. refused to give me my money back, didn’t remake the food, blamed it on new staff, they had 25 minutes to make the order before i even arrived. so simple to let the customer know it’ll be made at a later time due to short staff etc, you had my name number and email so there’s no excuses- and the restaurant wasn’t even busy and barely any takeout orders. so disappointed and disgusted in their behaviour. i can guarantee my food will be wrong, or cold and old once i open it up :
Getting good food would be nice n getting all of your order would be nice also . Paying 40 for a yucky diner. Not again. St Louis as better service n better food. Not too impress.
Ordered take out this evening. Super disappointing, the lemon pepper pound was lemon less and pepper less to say the least. All drumsticks maybe 6 or 7 flats out of the 5 pounds and they sent hot instead of honey hot. The garpar onion rings were legitimately mush, couldn’t even pick one up it was like slime. Hands down the worst take out we’ve ever ordered in Innisfil.
We ordered a triple order of wings only to find out that they offer fries with a single or double order only, not a triple, doesn't say that anywhere online. Three single orders of wings and one order of garlic bread, without cheese, came to $70 with taxes and delivery. Minimal sauce on the wings, save your money, order somewhere else and avoid this rip off joint.
We had a family order of wings, which we are usually very patient for because we under how the industry goes. They forgot the order which we ordered through uber eats and I get that the process must be repeated through uber if something gets messed up but they didn't take any responsibility at all. When I called to complain about to restaurant they pretty much told me I'm sol and just reorder it. Keep in mind on uber they disclose any forgotten items are the restaurants responsibility. Very displeased with this location and I will no longer order from here. You're all better off looking else where believe me
