The service was fast and the waitress was awesome, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.Everything we have had here is always hot and tasty
All you can eat wings. Lots of flavours but the wings were mostly over cooked. Good service and experience. 3 stars due to the wings being the reason for going and they weren’t the standout. Friends sandwich looked the winner in the night.
Have been here several times, has yet to disappoint. The service is always friendly and on time. The food quality is as to be expected. As of right now in stage 3 they're running a limited menu and do a fine job at keeping the areas clean and disinfected. Their patio is full sun during the day and can be hard to find shade even though they do have patio umbrellas. They have outdoor televisions there however they're not well-appointed their view is obstructed by the umbrellas so it was difficult to watch the soccer match when it was on or any other sporting event that you may want to watch. But all in all I would recommend this place. The last time I was there I had the homemade burger and it was very good quality. Other times being there I've had the Caesar salad which I added the boneless chicken wings and it was a really good combination. I've also had the fish and chips there which were fine as well. They're not consistent as far as their french fries go though, one time you make it shoestring french fries the next time you may get Beefeater french fries the next time you may get a normal-looking french fry. I imagine that goes down to all the restaurants opening back up and supply and demand.
Friendly staff and nice little patio just far enough away from the road just. They keep a tv outside for games but the seating around it is limited. Menu is decent especially with the addition of plant based wings. If you’re vegan or vegetarian you don’t have to miss out on having wings here. Pick from a variety of sauces to have with plant based breaded “wings”. Just stay away from the creamy stuff. Crayons and paper were a hit with my little one, and boneless wings on the kid menu meant they didn’t have to miss out either. 4 stars because our saucy wings seemed rather dry than fully coated and finger licking saucy.
We placed an order over the phone for pick up. We asked a question about the sauce in the burger we were ordering and were put on hold while Rebecca went into the kitchen to inquire. No one ever came back to us on the phone. After 10 minutes we hung up and called back and were immediately put on hold for another 10 minutes. My husband finally drove down to the restaurant to place the order in person. When he walked in he found one waitress there chatting with a guy. He was finally greeted and asked what he wanted to order. He said he wanted to complete the order he called about 20 minutes earlier. Rebecca took the order again and placed his full order and 5 minutes later brought out 2 of 3 items ordered. It turns out she placed the order that was given via telephone without confirming it keep in mind she never returned to the phone again. He then had to place the third item and wait for that. Rebecca was chatting it up with the guy. We finally got our order however some of the main condiments from the burger were missing and the food was cold. I hope a manager reads this and trains staff on appropriate customer service both via phone and in person.
First time here, it just opened up. Hope the experience will be as much as the new flavor from the decoration. Onion Rings and Garlic Sticks were great. My Vegie burger was burnt a little and went back. The Chef agreed according to our servant. The tender garlic Chicken waffle is amazing. Recommend. My Veggie Burger came back and as you can see in the picture it came back real sloppy and messy. The Burger it self didn't fit my taste at all. However the servant was nice and was upset that I didn't even eat half of it and offered to waive it from the bill, I rejected that idea. 4 out of 5 since service was great and they just started. Will come back for sure. P.S: thank for waving the Veggie burger from the meal. 4.5 stars for being extra nice
If I could give zero stars I would. Food was cold. My pasta was disgusting. I've had better tasting no name brand kraft dinner. Pouting had letteraly no gravey. Service was terrible. I'm being 100% serious
First time here, watching UFC fight night and LOVIN' IT! Great new location in Alcona just 15 minutes walk from my house, and better than I could expect! Spacious enough for all sports fans, not overcrowded even for the fight night. Large screens, well located for every guest to see the sport events. The food is very good see photos > yummy mushroom soup and large mandarin salad. Sangria was also very good! We'll definitely be back again with friends to watch the next sports event. And a walk home in a magical snowfall in the middle of the night... just perfect! My best recommendations, and good luck to this young business in Innisfil!
Ordered Cesar salad...never got it. Only got 4 onion rings with a chicken wrap full of watery mayo.
The wings were so terrible we sent them back and said we wouldn't pay for them. The lame excuse that was given was that they are cooked from frozen. I cook a lot of wings. Almost always from frozen and they never turn out this bad. Nachos were also burnt. I do not recommend this place. They were under staffed, but the service wasn't horrible, but certainly nothing worthy of a positive comment. I've also included a photo of the pathetic wings.
