Had their lamb curry. Perfectly spicy, really well done minus a little too much salt. Great portions too. Will come back when I’m in the area.
Best Indian cuisine I have ever had by far. I am local to Elora and I must say this is a must if you haven't tried it. As a frequent customer, the tastes are full and very authentic as well; most places you find almost taste watered down. Besides the taste, the portion sizes are quite large, usually leaving myself with enough for lunch the next day. I have compared pricing to other restaurants local to the area and you are spending far less at Curry Paradise. Thank you for your awesome dishes.
Interesting place. The decor is very plain, and the food took longer than expected, but it was delicious. I may be wrong, but I've tried Indian food quite often, and this seemed closer to authentic than the average. I really enjoyed the meal and it was worth the wait. Some decorations may make the wait more interesting, though.
Terrible! Service at lunch was awful. The waiter played loud cartoons on his phone. He never checked in to see if the food was ok. Never asked if i needed anything. Didn't smile at all. It was almost like he was mad that i was even there to eat. Naan bread was soggy and i could hear him using the microwave in the kitchen. Terrible place. Not worth even walking in. Also, lots of spelling mistakes on their menu. They should be embarrassed
I never thought I would find the best Indian food between price and value in Elora of all places. Also for hipsters, the food is very instagrammable. I almost felt guilty eating before taking a picture of my dish with multi-coloured rice. If I had a car I would blow my budget here.
Food was good quality. I had the Chicken Tikka Patia and Papadum. I've eaten curry a lot of places and haven't heard of this dish. It was a little sweet and had a good amount of heat. Both the Papadum and the dish itself wasn't greasy, unlike a lot of places I've tried.
Disappointed. Mixed grill meats were luke warm at best, tandoori chicken and tikka chicken were so dry I could hardly eat. I actually felt like I was eating microwaved leftovers. Naan breads were warned up pitas, and way over priced as well. Certainly not naan bread at all. Nothing was hot. Service was so quick that nothing could have been made fresh. I asked the server/cashier if they had a tandor oven in the kitchen, and he said yes. I guess it must be broken, because nothing on my plate was cooked in it. Priced too high, for poor quality food.
Tasty food with a good environment, helpful staff, and excellent location. Vegetarian and vegan options are worth the trip. Be careful if you are sensitive to spicy food as what they consider mild may be too spicy for some.
The food was absolutely friggin amazing!!! Sadly I live too far away to go here everyday so if you are craving curry and in Elora please go here!!! The decor could bit a bit better but dang the food is to die for
Ordered the lunch special. Came with only 3 small chunks of chicken in the butter chicken. Very small amount of rice as well. Food was ok but was not worth $11.30 at all. Wouldn't recommend.
