Cup or Cone

Great experience with my kids, they were treated nicely and made to taste almost every single flavor before ordering. Nice staff, great customer service, the prices are ok, clean and hygienic. The place is wonderful with plenty of parking spaces. Highly recommended

16oz milkshake cost $20?! Are you kidding me?? It was 2 flavours - maple walnut & french vanilla. Each flavour was $10 each?! I wasn't even told that it was THAT much extra considering the menu board had a different price ‍ This place is a complete rip off and the person who served us didn't even give us any detail or indication of any prices. Definitely would not recommend this place nor would I go back after spending $20 for a milkshake that's mot even remotely close to being worth it. Ridiculous.

As some people have mentioned in the reviewed about not having transparency in pricing, we faced the same. The menu on the wall doesn’t have any price. I found a menu on the counter which was winter menu and had about $11 for Kinder crepe. When I made payment the I paid about $16 for it. And the crepe was dry without enough spread layers. Be sure to ask price if you don’t want to pay whatever price is applied at the checkout. Edit after owner response: There is no pricing displayed in the store. And If there is any please post here or on google. I won’t gain anything by writing false review. This is just to make people aware about what to expect. Thank you.

If you want to order something from here, repeat your order 100times before he/she starts making the order, because I asked for a single scoop of three flavours and he literally made triple scoop of two flavours and I was charged or triple scoop and it was alot. Even after repeating my order again and again he made a third order of triple scoop of the same flavour.

The dessert was great. We ordered a traditional crepe and brownie. When we first went there, the alarm starts going off. It was off for most of our time inside 20 min or so. After we are, my husband went up to pay and the charge was around $40. The lady behind the counter even asked us, "Is it expensive?" On your menu online, you have different prices quoted and when someone walks in, if there is an update, you are supposed to inform the customers and not tell them at the time of the bill. Will never recommend anyone going there and burning your money down! EDIT: I'm editing this review to reply to the owner's response below. The transaction was done through cash so there's no way the transaction was declined. Also, as of Feb. 7, the prices listed under your store's Uber Eats profile are $14.90 for the traditional crepe and $4.90 for the Brownie. So before tip, that should be $19.80. How AND WHY we were charged $40 is beyond me. This has nothing to do with an incorrect menu. We straight up got charged double without being made aware of the pricing beforehand. It's not like there was a menu in the store that had different prices than what's on Uber Eats. The menu in the store had no prices on it.

We ordered 2 x 16oz milkshakes, they were ok……. When the employee rang them in they were $13.50 each so with tax the bill came to $31. Very expensive and would likely not be back. The menu board did not have the prices displayed, we would not have ordered them if we knew. They were not anything special - whipped cream was no name brand from a can we could see the label. If you are going to charge that much at least use real stuff!

Terrible service. Waited 10-15 mins at the counter with no sign of any employee. The place empty minus one group who I asked if they've seen anyone and they told me she was gone for a long time. She finally came out, didn't say anything about the wait, and without using a glove or tissue, made my cone. When she asked cone or cup, I said the regular included cone but she charged for a waffle cone. $8.63 for a single scoop of gelato is atrocious. Since you look at CCTV for bad reviews, take a look and see what your workers are up to and why customers need to wait 10 mins and are overcharged unknowingly. Look at your recent string of bad reviews and take a hint before it's too late because atleast your gelato tastes good.

I’ve ordered their red mojito before and it was really good. The only problem is they did not pack it properly and the last time I got it, it spilled all over the plastic bag it was put it in. I tried ordering again today, and left them a note to pack the items more carefully for the delivery person but then they just cancelled my order. If you can’t pack the drinks without the risk of spilling, then why is it even on the menu?

Excellent service and the Ice cream was top notch! The coffee was likewise Phenomenal! Will definitely be returning! 5 stars! *****
