was very busy when we went in! they have a large selection of choices but still very hard to pick! Got our ice cream and sat outside to enjoy it. Love the BR logo as well!

Terrible and just rude customer service from your female employee this morning. Sad that this is a place where families come to have a good time and they will be served by her. Me and my family have been going here for a long time. Clearly she was opening alone for a reason. Hopefully others don't receive this service and walk out empty handed like I did. Lots of other business out there who treat customers right. The one star rating is too good for the service received. You just lost several regular customers today. Hope changes are made.

I’m not cheap, but $10 for a medium milk shake is not reasonable, was nothing special, just a scoop of ice cream a bit of milk chucked in a blender and there you go

Nice place to have ice cream during summers. Just like normal ice cream joint but their taste is good. Not that much of varieties in ice-cream. This particular outlet got nice outside bench to have you ice-cream and also parking is very large and empty at night to have ice-cream outside.

Ice cream was awesome! But place not user friendly - insufficient seating, no napkins, dirty floors and tables, outside seating bench super dirty! Two people only working to keep up but seems like sign of the times - not enough conscientious staff!

Staff seems unprofessional, asked for chocolate moose royale and and she put banana or somethin. Worst Customer Service

Weirdest place. They made us pay then after we paid they realized their debit and credit machine was not working. We had to then give the cones to them as hostage while we go get cash.

Awesome service and alot of choices for ice cream they have the best ice cream

Kudos to Bella for making a family ice cream experience fun and friendly. She’s cheerful and bubbly and offered great suggestions. She’s a great example of what customer service should be. Manager beware, someday she may be stolen away.

I'm coming again actually enjoyed my visit find gentleman and everybody was working look Pleasant help me out all good two thumbs up!
