Culvers is almost as savory as Portillos. You never know what you have until it's gone and me living in upstate New York and being away from the food I enjoy makes it that much more enjoyable. I find it difficult to make up my mind on the menu at Culvers because it's all so good. But my favorite thing I like to get is the sourdough burger and a concrete mixer. The mini is plenty of sweetness. Since it isn't offered anywhere else, the Wisconsin cheese curds are a must. The best way to describe them would be bite-sized mozzarella cheese sticks.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant and delicious food. And the custard is awesome!!!

Great food but the booth seats need to be restuffed and the men's bathroom smelled pretty bad. Plus being disabled it couldn't hurt to add a push button handicap doors at all entrances.
