We wanted something healthy for lunch. I had the brie turkey sandwich. I thought it was pretty good. They toasted it so it was warm. I also had the vegan strawberry banana smoothie made with almond milk. It was super smooth and delicious! I'd definitely go back if I'm in the mall and want some healthy options.

This is my favourite place to get a strawberry banana smoothie - tastes better than from anywhere else I’ve ever gotten one from. I think what makes it so good is all the frozen yogurt they add - keep up the good work Cultures! My mom and I always get a smoothie when we’re out shopping at Square One together… they’re just that good!!

I was just here. Ordered a oriental salad. They told me after they made it that they didn't have the dressing Asian sesame so they used balsamic instead. I did not like it, asked for a refund and they refused. They kept insisting I choose another item on their menu but I did not want anything else just my money back. The cashier stated that the manager does not allow refunds at all. So I gave them back the salad and left empty handed and $15 out. I called and asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager won't be in until 3pm and it was 12:15pm. I told her I wouldn't be around to wait and that I will call head office then. All of a sudden the lady says no no no come and get a refund ?. I will never recommend or come here again. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with , and will not give this place any business. This happened November 10th, 2022 at 12:15pm.

The manager and employee Supreet provide the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I come here frequently as it’s the only salad location in the mall. First they will not give you a combo with a vegan smoothie they charge extra when the combo is already $20. And The Sherway location will give you either vegan or dairy for the combo price. Second I asked for dressing on the side. I got half a container, I asked for another, Supreet told me I would have to pay extra…. I let her know if she was to put the dressing on the salad I would be given far more dressing than what she was providing. She would do not give me more. So I had her put the dressing on the salad which I didn’t want in case it goes soggy. Also did not want to pay extra for an ounce of salad dressing. I tried calling customer service and the phone number provided- with option 9 going to cultures states no voicemail set up. Obviously this whole banner does not care to deal with customer issues.

picture had 4 slices of big avocado pieces, got one small piece, asked them for the same amount as in the picture, they said its the small piece cut into four.... barley any chicken in the California bowl... expensive for not a lot.... false picture advertising

Very rude staff and very poor quantity... At square one location.. They didn't ask which sauce we want.. they just make their own and when I ask for extra they ask for extra charge

A few vegan options I saw in a ad and while in Square One decided to give them a try. Ordered a Tokyo Miso and Green Glow smoothie. Requested that Tokyo bowl be made with half quinoa bites and half tempeh. They obliged which was welcome. The dressing while making it seemed a lot, but as it was the first time I wanted to see how it went. Lots of crunch in the bowl which was good. The dressing was disappointing. It added some seasonings, but still not enough for the salad and it tasted really bland. The quinoa bites more like balls, than bites were the best. Not a big fan of quinoa and it did not convert me. Have had bowls from F and each of their vegan sauces are just amazing. Cultures missed the boat on this one. The smoothie was OK as well. A bit more banana than my preferred but still good. Would have preferred more avocado than bananas. Over not too bad, will see if they have other dressings than can replace the miso dressing.

I usually don’t write reviews but my encounter today with this place forced me too. I honestly would give no stars if i had the chance. I tried their plant power burrito today. Absolutely garbage & disgusting. It was dry as hell & not at all cooked properly. There was like zero sauce in it as well. They didn’t heat it well. It tasted SO BAD. It was a waste of my money & time. Further, the staff lady was borderline condescending. She didn’t explain anything well. I politely asked what will be in the burrito, she explained to me in a very dismissive way. Don’t waste your money. Go get your food at square one at a better & nicer place.

Not sanitary at all. My wrap was really cold and I asked them to remake it and she just rewarmed my wrap even though I bit into it. I asked for a refund because wrap was still cold and even said I would give the wraps back but she declined. Don’t come here lol the people that work here don’t understand the diseases that can spread through saliva. Disgusting

Aloha smoothie only had Banana and Almond milk. I didn't taste the other ingredients: mango and pineapple. Scam. I am not returning here again, even if you reach out to me. I have other options.
