Used to be a beautiful park. ..great for photos. ... Now, too many unleashed dogs running around and these inconsiderate dog owners don't clean up after them. Thanks for ruining another great rec facility. Unfortunately, these pet owners are wrecking the attached Heber Down CA.

Great place to walk, bike and hike. Lots of free parking, easy to get to for Whitby and Brooklin people. Can easily walk up to Herber Down conservation from Cullen Park on new MUP (Multi Purpose Path). Also great new access to cycling routes on Asburn Rd (and Greenbelt route) and Cochrane Ave down to Water Front Trail.

Beautiful, clean and a nice change of atmosphere from work demands and city life. I come here with friends on occasion to go for a walk or adventure off the beaten path. Its a wonderful distraction from the stresses of life. Despite an influx of visitors in June-Early July, the park remains under enjoyed and the visitors are by and large respectful to the property. The war tribute memorial is a beautiful new landmark worth checking out if you're a local. Perfect for evening walks.

The wounded warrior monument is a very powerful tribute to are armed forces. The park is very nice green space for Whitby.
