A bird smashed our windshield on Friday so we left the truck at this Crystal Glass overnight. The next morning before I even got there, they had already assessed the damage and checked to see if they had the windshield in stock. When I arrived they said they could fit me in and and that they do have the part. They were extremely friendly and accommodating and we get to drive the truck home less than 24 hours after it was damaged. On a weekend no less! Highly recommend! Just awesome people and great work.

They fit me in last minute before closing to repair a chip in my windshield. They also took the time to remove the tape residue that I had from recently replacing the windshield, I didn't even ask. Very kind people :

I own a new holiday trailer with a large laminated glass windshield, first in the industry same material as a windshield. While attempting to explain this to the tech he interrupted me and just rudely said nope can't do trailers. Then refused to listen to me afterwards.

Horrible customer service experience. Hopefully the windshield is better quality -_- We were told that the whole process would take an hour over the phone, then on arrival were asked to leave the car there for the next three hours. I understand that things get backed up, so we rearranged our plans. Once we confirmed our contact information, I asked if we would receive a call when it was done, the receptionist told us we would. A few hours later we received a call from the receptionist, Patsy, who was incredibly annoyed asking if, "We were planning on picking up our car at all today since we close in five minutes?" I scrambled to find a ride over there and had to deal with the rather rude woman to get my vehicle. I'll try somewhere else next time, thanks.

I had a small rock chip repaired here later on the same day that it occurred. I liked that service was friendly and professional, and they were able to get my vehicle in right before close. The the next day on the highway positive temperatures / normal driving the repair failed and a crack spread through the entire windshield. They offered a refund of the repair cost towards the purchase of a new windshield. I was told retail was $375, but with the refund and a 'deal' they could replace it for $250. I mentioned that was still $30 more than the dealership who subcontracts to GlassMasters, and they eventually agreed to refund my repair cost despite not purchasing their windshield.

I've dealt with this location several times over the years, from windshield replacement to household window repairs. I always receive a friendly greeting, and quick and professional service. Most recently, I had an order for side window glass for an antique truck completed in less than 48 hours! Like Schwartzenegger, I'll be back!

Absolutely horrible work. Took my 2015 vehicle in, picked it up and there was a pair of safety glasses left in the console, the humidity sensor cover was on the floor, and the vehicle was completely covered in dust on the inside I detailed it 5 days prior to this service.Took it home and cleaned the interior...thought I should check the rest, and the poor work continued throughout. The plastic cover at the bottom of the windshield was only partially attached, none of the wires were clipped back in place, and the weather stripping had a 3/4 gap on on the driver side where it meets the bottom strip. They tried to put the plastic cover on the humidity sensor, but couldn't because the sensor itself was never installed properly. Overall, the worst work I have ever seen.

Good price, car was ready earlier than promised. Put new wipers on that we had bought elsewhere. Overall pleased with the installation.
