Recommended a few people to Dales. I needed work done for Dent on door, got some estimates and went with Dale. First time wasn't impressed. Was actually very disappointed. Spoke to him about it and he was great. Customer service was excellent. I was impressed with his willingness to make it all right. And he tried, as quickly as possible. I was never fully satisfied with the job but customer service gets me. So second time I needed work done - for a minor hit and run- figured why not give him another shot. Got some estimates before going to him, he was the most convenient and scheduled quickly. So I went with it. Ughfff. Picked up the car and of course looks great when you're picking it up. Took it home and was so disappointed- again. Couldn't get it back to him that week. Was garaged anyways. The more I looked at it the more upset I got. Made a visit to him the following week. Not the best day to go but the best for me. He was ok at first but once I showed him some areas and asked if he taped a section he got so upset and started walking away as I was trying to explain why I thought that. He was rude and not wanting to hear me out. Showed him pictures of why I thought so and he then admitted that he taped and why. Which was fine - but the job was not. So many specks/dust on the paint - which I know will happen- and other areas that were poorly done. He said to come back and he would make it right. I have not gone back. The durability of the paint/clear is not good at all. I have more chips w less than 500 miles on it than I had w 20k miles. So I find it almost pointless to go back since the chips and paint coming is so noticeable. Looks as if when I wash the car the paint wants to come off w it. I take care of my vehicles. It's not a hot rod or a luxury car but I keep it in excellent shape. I expected better quality and service. I didn't go for cheapest, I was looking for best. Overall not happy.Services: Painting
