HI -- It was a great experience and the lady (owner?)  was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.  Both my daughter and I went for the full 3 minutes.  I had just run the Chicago Marathon earlier in the day and the benefits were very noticeable right away.  Will definitely go again.  Mike

CryoPure Spa is equipped with very friendly and helpful staff. The environment was clean and kept well. The overall experience was quick, you stand in an octagon shaped booth and essentially freeze your entire body for 3 solid minutes at temperatures at about -170° for stage 1. I felt great throughout the rest of the day and slept very sound and solid throughout the night. I would highly recommend giving this a try.

I highly recommend visiting CryoPure Spa. When you walk in, you're immediately welcomed by very friendly staff. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming. My first experience was a 30 minute infrared sauna session, which was relaxing and rejuvenating. I was able to play music from my phone via Bluetooth connection. The room was very private and clean, and they provided 4 towels which was more than enough for during and after the session. I can't wait to get back for another treatment!

Such a wonderful medical spa! The extremely knowledgable, friendly and fun team at CroyPure made 3 minutes at -175 fly by.  The facility is beautiful and easy to get to and the equipment is top of the line.  I was instantly hooked and can't say enough great things about what Tom and Paige have built.

Love this place and the owners are great!! Have never felt better after doing the total body treatment and am literally pain free! The facial I have done twice and people who I see everyday are commenting on how great my skin looks and asking what I've done. 
I'm hooked and will refer everyone I know here for these amazing all natural treatments!!
