Braidwood Dental Clinic

I had my first appointment at this clinic a couple of days ago. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My hygienist was gentle but thorough and also kind. She asked if I needed a break and was. not in a rush to get down. I appreciated that. The dentist did a check up and was friendly and also thorough. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

The whole office makes an effort to make sure their patients have access to compassionate care, from the front desk to the chair. They ensure your insurance is benefitting you as much as it can, and the team in the back is reassuring during tough procedures. Questions about your treatment plan and what to expect are answered. I am so lucky I found Braidwood when looking for a new dental clinic!

What a wonderful experience! Today was my first day visiting a dentist since 2018 and I am over the moon with my experience at Braidwood Dental. The office is clean and bright. The receptionist’s welcome was warm and inviting. I had Sloane as my dental hygienist and she was absolutely lovely! She was kind, personable, funny, and really put me at ease. Dr. Durling had a very calming way about him and I felt confident with his expertise. As someone who gets very nervous attending the dentist, I have to say this experience way surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend this office/team to anyone seeking a new dental practice! Wonderful group of people, from the welcome till the end of appointment, I was at ease and all questions were answered well. Both the dentist and the hygienist had a light touch. They are prompt with there booking and appointment times. They took over from Dr. Peta who was also a fine dentist. Couldn't say enough good things about this place.!

The best place! Everyone was amazing and the experience was perfect even for people like me! who are a little anxious about dental procedures. Helped me out so much with my dental emergency.

I am only giving the one star to the dentist because he is good. However, the staff is horrible they don’t know how to do their BASIC job which is SCHEDULING appointments for their patients!! During my first visit they told me over the phone I can see the doctor and do my cleaning. Once I arrive they tell me I can only see the dr and do HALF of the cleaning! I did not do half because that is crazy who does half and leave ?!!! I scheduled another appointment for a FULL cleaning, once I arrive they tell me we don’t have you scheduled at all for today !!!! They dont know how to schedule the timing nor the dates!!! Avoid if you don’t want to waste your time!
