Crosstown Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC Ltd.

Went to buy a used van in the summer. Had to interrupt a group of employees to get some assistance. Asked to test drive a van outside and was told "Sorry, we close in half an hour. I can't do that". Came back the next day to try again and the van was sold to "the managers friend or something" (their words) and told that they had no more used vans on the lot. Not once was I questioned about what I wanted in a vehicle or why I wanted a van or even my information taken down. Felt like I was being looked down on as a customer because I was looking at used.

I recently had bodywork done, to my truck, due to a collision. They worked with my insurance company which made the process very easy for me. The service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional. There was a small error, with the color match, on a body panel but they quickly corrected the issue without any fuss. This was the first time I dealt with this company and I highly recommend them.

I have always had a good experience here. Today was the first time I used the shuttle service and it was great. The driver was friendly and navigated the morning traffic with expertise.

Went to Crosstown last Friday to have a few minor issues looked at before my 60000km warranty expires. I had given the body shop over $6000 of business this year alone plus never brought my truck anywhere else for service and oil changes and would of thought that they would have done more for me. Not only were a few minor issues not covered (rust on my 7 pin creating a bad connection in which the body shop should have looked at when I brought in the truck plus a few other issues) they charge me $30 to remove my tires. At least the found a blown fuse on my 4 pin which should of been found at the body shop when the worked on my hitch but they made sure to tell me they usually don't warranty stuff like that....Not impressed and will be bringing my truck to "across town" where at least they look after me.
