Crossfit Westside

I just moved into the area and have gone to several boxes over the last six years of doing Crossfit. This is a great location for me, the place is huge, equipment and trainers are great. I love blasting out for a 400m run right on the seawall. Worth checking out!

I have been a member here since July. Coaches have been very helpful and take a keen interest in my progress. Clientele range from mid twenties to late sixties and there is a modification to the program for everyone. Friendly environment and team atmosphere. Come check this place out!

After 2 years of traning at Westside I've became healthier, lost weight and became stronger. Coaching is excellent with an emphasis on form and function. I feel motivated with every workout and feel a strong sense of community. I highly recommend this Crossfit box to everyone.
