very good service credit union are alot better then the stupid banks that dont care about u or ur needs they just care about ripping u off with intrest rates they forgot how to treat a customer as a person instead of a number this place actually gets to know u as a person loved the experience and friendly staff

Wonderful and easy, no hassle , they work with you to make sure your comfortable. Tracey helped me and did everything and then some with assuring I was comfortable with payments.

Excellent establishment. Got my frist car loan when I arrived new to country with no credit. No hassles and the all charges and interests are laid out informatively unlike other banks. The credit officer Tracey Adam is a joy to deal with unlike other officers from the bank who are stuck up and unreasonable. Even the branch manager was extremely courteous and helpful. I remember I called to talk to an agent and since she was busy the manager asked me if I would like to hold. He kept checking on me every two minutes and finally requested me to hang up and he will personally get the agent to call me, which he did. Kudos to such great service!!! Just wished they were closer to toronto or barrie, hope establishments like these grow and help people.
