TD Canada Trust

I have banked with TD Canada Trust for 17 years and 13 of those years at this location. Pat P. is great, and we always have excellent customer service from all staff.

Karen and this whole branch has absolutely zero concept of customer service. Take your business elsewhere save yourself the headache and hassle.

Generally a very good experience. Kudos to Jane who offered to help me with a credit line increase without trying to sell me stuff I didn't need.

Worst experiences with any td bank. The first time I went in to the bank the lady I talked to tried her hardest not to deal with me because I am young. The second time I went in I tried to cash a bank draft but they told me it wouldn't clear for at least a week. I talked to rbc and they cleared it in less then a day. Don't go to this td go to the one on Broadway.
