I had an exceptional experience at the TD branch recently! The staff were incredibly helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Candy, the financial advisor. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish.nnCandy went above and beyond in helping me with my banking needs. Not only did she provide clear, knowledgeable guidance on what I originally came in for, but she also proactively addressed two additional items that weren’t even on the agenda—saving me time and helping me get everything sorted in one visit. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire appointment.nnIt’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and truly looks out for their clients. If you need expert financial advice, I highly recommend booking with Candy. She made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and incredibly positive.

Don’t bank here!!! They steal your money. The bank machine ate my bank card they wouldn’t give me a new one cause health card isn’t …. In the government eyes and ask me to get a birth certificate. They wouldn’t even take the statement that they send you about your account.. I told them how much was in the account and I don’t do online banking.. but they were able to give me money from my account today but not give me a bank card. Pick any other bank. I been banking there for years and most of the banker know me and still won’t give me a bank card.. so why give me the money and not the bank card. Don’t bank here unless you wanna jump through hoops to get a new card. Don’t even think about calling the 1 800 number cause they won’t help you they will transfer you to different agents getting different stories or you’ll get it a lady that pretends to understand what you’re going through and doesn’t listen to you just continues to repeat everything they say and then tell you that they’ll use Google translate on your birth certificate and stuff to do proof so much to caring about my secure information. TD is the worst bank in Alliston. Their machine ain’t my card because their manager was busy moving furniture around because she had nothing else to do so think twice if you’re opening a new account, their tellers are rude. Their manager is rude. They’re not understanding they’re not caring. Quick question why will you give money out of my account but not give me a bank card? or should I be thankful for that?

Like any business, you get the respect that you give. Have never had any issues with this bank or branch... I believe all the negative reviews are from people who gave attitude because they were in patient or trying to do something that isn't allowed. Best TD branch I've ever been to any the ONLY one I will continue to use. Thank you for being so great!

I had an appointment at this bank, with the advisor named Hiral H. I am beyond disappointed with the service he provided this associate was completely uninterested in assisting me with the specific account I needed to open. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service he was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, rude. My request was outright turned down for no valid reason. This was a complete waste of my time. I will never step foot into this branch again and I strongly advise anyone considering opening an account here to go elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Absolutely brutal! This branch deserves a solid 0 rating. Common things that you should be able to do at the bank like deposit an endorsed cheque with the person there who is endorsing it over and ID in hand was declined because apparently the “amount was to big”nI don’t understand what has happened with these banking policies but definitely unacceptable. Safe to say I’ve now moved all my accounts to another bank due to the lack of support I’ve received over the years from TD and specifically this branch.
