I wish I had the option of rating it 0. This place doesn't even deserve to be rated! Worst place that I have ever been to. We were told to wait for 20 minutes to be seated but ended up waiting for an hour and a half. There were only two glasses of water for 8 of us. There were no forks and knives on the table. We ordered eight steaks and none of our's steaks were how we wanted them to be. I ordered a medium rare but was served a burnt one. We called the waitress to let her know and all she said was 'The kitchen is closing and I can't do anything about it'. We told her to call the manager and were told that the manager was busy. The owner showed up 35 minutes later and started yelling at us. He had no manners at all. He completely refused to listen to us and started swearing. He started flipping tables and throwing chairs at us and kicked us out of the restaurant. He even mentioned 'I have no time for your complaints, I have other businesses to run and I don't care about this business'. He really needs to learn the proper definition of customer service and definitely needs anger management classes. Don't waste your money and time on this place.

After hearing some positive reviews of this place I decided to try it out. And despite some negative comments I heard about it I still decided to give it a try. Party size was 2 me and my husband. When we walked in it was empty and they said to call and have a reservation. The service is POOR. The blonde haired waitress just told us to sit where ever from a far. Later came with menus only to give us two different versions of the menus. We got an appetizer the shrimp which was 6 pieces of small shrimp for $9... not worth it since it was cold. Later on we ordered the chevaps which were good but nothing special I think 7-11 sells better food then this place. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY DARK. So first time customers please BRING A FLASHLIGHT or reading glasses. It was absolutley freezing and when we asked the waitress to turn up the heat she said it was already on. Overall the experience was very poor. I wouldn't recomment this place to anyone. I expect it to go out of business within a years time given the poor service and dungeon theme. There was also some bugs we noticed underneath 2 tables from us which was pretty gross. I think they were beatles or cocroches. Overall... overpriced appetitzers, POOR service
