I have kept my opinions on this coffee stand to myself and close friends until today when I read through the other reviews (please read the the lowest ratings). Even with this stand/coffee house being the closest to our house as well as a location we drive by at least twice a day I will not be back unless a few things improve. 1. the baristas are some of the crankiest I have ever come across. It does not matter if you are overly kind or intentionally engaging, they still make you feel like an inconvenience. At first I thought it was that I was female... that maybe they were friendlier towards men, but my husband has experienced the same. And yes, we are tippers. 2. my order is often wrong 3. the coffee just is bitter and undrinkable off and on (but not always). I don't enjoy the 'gamble.' the total kicker for me though ... 4. former employee issues/concerns/complaints. Treat your employees with respect, create a team where they know you value them and appreciate them and hold high expectations for [at least "good"] customer service. You have a great location, a cute yet professional appearing establishment and tons of potential to be amazing!

So over the service! I have never been to such an unfriendly stand. The stand itself is very cute and convenient to where I live. So I tend to swing by early mornings. The girls look miserable and can barely crack a smile. I tried to be friendly and say good morning and all they do is give me a blank stare and ask "what would you like? " they also don't listen to what you have to say. Half the time they make a hot when I've asked for a cold or vice versa. We've had family in town swing by that coffee stand and later mention how rude the barista's were... Today was the last straw. So rude and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience pulling up to her window. They also made my drink wrong ( they made hot instead of ice. I was in a rush and didn't have time to say anything) I would much rather go a block away and spend my money at a coffee stand where they are kind, can get your drink right and have way better customer service. I am done!

My Wife had the egg sandwich on a croissant and I had the Buffalo chicken wrap and we were both elated with the freshness and flavor! She had a chai latte and they made it perfectly. Very friendly service and all in a clean little coffee/bistro shop. We will be back to try the whole menu!
