The food is great. I always look for a Panara bread where ever I go and the staff are always so sweet, kind and helpful. I have not ever had a bad experience. Keep up the great work.

Our office accidentally placed our order at the wrong Panera location and I showed up at the Spokane Valley location to pick up an order that didn't exist there. All of the management and staff were extremely helpful is fixing what was our mistake. They quickly made the food and took care of everything. It really was them going far out of their way to make this unfortunate circumstance as best as possible. Great job guys!

Food was very good I ordered the pic to which was broccoli cheddar soup which is always the bomb best ever and I tried their Thai chicken salad very good choice. Staff is very friendly restaurant is very clean their always courteous definitely a good place to go to eat and visit

I waited because I wanted to make sure the staff was all trained up and comfortable with their jobs before I attempted to eat there. Glad I waited. Service was fast considering I came during the lunch rush, quite a line. Sandwich (chipotle chicken melt) was good, as was the broccoli and cheese. Parking looks like it could be tricky as this location is very popular. Manager floating around and checking on folks, which is good to see.

Usually this place is great. This is the first time I have gotten something from there that is made me sick. I would recommend double checking your food making sure it's fully cooked and before you leave the drive-thru.
