I came in on Saturday afternoon with my Maid of Honour and my mom. I do not remember the lady's name who helped me (Sorry!) but she was lovely and friendly and VERY helpful! I came in with a totally unreasonable budget in mind but I was still treated with respect and courtesy. I tried on about 10 dresses and had to pick between two that I tried on three times each to narrow it down. The lady who helped me did NOT rush me in any way and after I apologized profusely for being so indecisive just said "It's my job to help you, I don't mind at all!". I bought a dress that I LOVE and I am very happy with the whole process. Please let the lady know, THANK YOU! Thank you VERY much for being so awesome and I am thrilled with my choice.

I was disappointed in my experience with Marilees Bridal. The sales associate measured me at a size 12, then recommended I purchase a size 14 (but told me in the end it's up to me to decide, all the while making me fear I would gain weight and not be able to fit a 12). I decided to go with the size 14 out of fear I would put weight on. When I got the dress, it was swimming on me. My dress is all over lace and extremely delicate - the alterations cost me over $600 in the end!! On top of that, I told the sales associate that I required a dress I could have a built in bra because I have large breast (which she told me was no problem at all for any seamstress). They referred me to a seamstress named Hong, who refused to take me on as a client once I was already at her house with the dress on. She said I should have "bought a dress appropriate for my body shape" and that I couldn't wear a dress without a bra because my breast would be hanging too low (i'm 27. They aren't hanging low yet...). After that discouraging experience, I finally got referred to a wonderful seamstress who has helped me get my disaster of a dress to what I need it to be (but as i've said, it's cost a fortune). I wish the bridal consultant would have explained my options and what would be best suited for me better. Instead, I felt rushed and not to mention pressured to make a decision that day, and I ended up with a dress that required a ton of work to even fit me properly. They need to listen to their clients, and take more time to make sure they get the RIGHT dress

We were accepted without an appointment to try on wedding dresses and I was very thankful! I found a beautiful gown for an incredible price! The new owners are fantastic!
