Very new and attractive design. Friendly staff. I rate hotels from the perspective of a physically challenged person as I am in a wheelchair. The bathrooms are not always set up well but this one was fine. Just one thing though....... for the love of everything holy will someone please get through to all these hotel chains that this trend of making the beds very high in the accessible rooms has to STOP. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE LOWER THE BEDS A LITTLE IN THIS TYPE OF ROOM.

Nice new hotel, very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The GM stopped by our table during breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Very nice to have an attentive manager who has a vested interest in his clients. Will be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Schenectady at Mohawk again when back on business. And will send my associates here when they're in town on business.

The hotel is beautiful! It is spotless and still looks brand new. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Stay here whenever I am in the area. Highly recommended!
