The staff were really helpful in guiding me through some RV repairs. Lots of eventory on all things RV.
CRVS came through again. Had an antifreeze bypass installed at another dealership. It would not function. Phoned CRVS in a panic. Bring it on down, says Jim. Took RV in and within minutes they discovered bypass had been installed backwards. No charge for extra labor. We are fans for life. THX Jim, Bryron and Brandon
Probably the best place in town to get parts and service for your RV.
Great service. Did a good job fixing problems on my RV, caused in part by dishonesty of the RV dealer I took it to last year. Got me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time too.
Best RV place in town!! Everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable and offer top notch customer service. We highly recommend Courtenay RV, they are definitely the ones to go to with any RV questions or problems
Byron is our usual "go to" guy, but we loved the maintenance we had from Sean recently too! They have great customer service. I highly reccomend them
