County Line Park

You can stay as long as you like so good for if your homeles. No privacy cause the three tent spots are right on top of each other. Great for fishing it's right on the river. Our tent spot was underneath a thousand pound broken tree hanging by a couple strands of wood.

The park is great for having lunch on the Columbia River or to camp on comfy grass with a campfire and watch the beautiful sunset. The pricing is really fair for bikers. But they have only one shower that smells horrible (rotten/rusty)!

I like it because it's on the Columbia river. You can fish, camp or just visit. Its more of a campground. Alot of elderly people camp here. Its nice.

This use to be a great place...Been going here for years about 16 actually. Safe place for a single mom to camp with little ones. Well there are different park hosts now and it's no longer family friendly or a good safe place for little ones.we have been out three times this summer and hoped it would be better each time but, it has really gone down hill campsites poorly cleaned and barely maintained host hard to make contact with during business hours other campers wandering through campsites drunk asking for tools to cut there barbed hooks, dogs running loose lots of drinkers all over the park ect. We went out yesterday and tonight was to be our last night. As we were setting up for the evening a strange man set up fishing right in front of our tent. The park staff was no help and were clearly intoxicated,said they can't control the beach and we paid for the tent spots and table not the beach.problem is the beach is litterally 15 feet from where your tent goes and all 3 tent spots are clearly sectioned off for campers The camp area is a fee area and it is clearly marked separate from the free day use area and is also clearly marked fee required it's $13 a night for a tent spot.this weird guy was drinking heavily,urinating on the beach and catching illegal fish and smashing them on the beach instead of safely putting them back...... all in front of my 6 little ones. We decide to pack up and asked for a refund. As we were packing and loading the male park host joined the weirdo on the beach and we realized he was with the camp staff. When we finished and went to leave around 9:30 pm,he came to our rig reaking of liquor and said what's the problem?? We told him we didn't feel safe and that it was inappropriate for them to be in our campsite or drinking in public or ...pissing on the beach. I was under the impression alcohol was not allowed in county, state, or city parks. Guess I was wrong. As we pulled out he followed shaking his finger at us yelling that we already called the main park on him and other slurred stuff that couldn't be understood We had to just drive off he was an inch from our window putting his finger in and wasn't going to move. He then said then you aren't welcome here anymore,right before he tripped on nothing and stumbled back to the campsite.Not good they need better hosts asap! Come on wahkiakum,I really hope this gets fixed! My older kids are adults now and some of our best memories are here!! 😠😞😭
