Countryside Inn

First time in the City of Nappanee coming to see The Little Mermaid that my sister was acting in. The hotel was beautiful and decent for the city.. Did not mind the trains sounding off at all times of the night. Very Peaceful and pleasant. The rooms always smelled good when you walked in. All the staff was more than helpful. Breakfast was nice, but there was no meat, which is fine. the hotel always stayed clean. Staff always asked if we needed more of something. The price was unbeatable for the 3 days that I was staying.

Our rooms were very clean and well stocked there were a few hiccups but nothing that could not be fixed. We stayed on the day the new owners took over breakfast was a bit to be desired but with all the issues the new owners had I understand we will definitely return. I can't wait to see what they do with this hidden gem. Jason the new owner was very nice and answered all the questions I had. He was there working and helping his staff. Great place

I stayed here for one night and the facility itself was nice enough. I've been in my fair share of small hotels and this one was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with my bill, but the staff was very nice about it and did their best to remedy the issue. I would rate it higher but I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

They are in a rebuilding phase and are doing a nice job of accommodating guests. Heater wasn't working in my room, but they took care of it. Free breakfast! Helpful, courteous staff. Coffee 24/7!!

Decent place. Just changed hands, so I think the new management is still working out kinks, but I'm sure by 2018 it should be in GREAT shape.
