Bed bugs alert! This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in a while. They need radical renovation. Facility is very old and poorly maintained. From outside it looks beautiful, rustic, scenic and gorgeous!! But that’s it. I stayed here for 1 week. House keeping didn’t show up half of the time. Noisy neighboring rooms. Uncomfortable cheap quality pillows. Cheap quality mattresses. Horrible stale old breakfast options and coffee. They charge for water and coffee!! And above all no smile from receptionists!! I have bed bugs bites all over now!! Update: I get contacted by the owner saying I wrote the wrong review of another hotel!! And their hotel does not have bed bugs. This is for Brooke Pointe Inn in Syracuse, Indiana. And I still do have bites all over. I’m not writing anything personal. This is to improve your business. Bed bugs happen everywhere and it needs to be addressed ASAP. Maybe they did give me the worst room they have to stay for 1 week.

We were there almost two years ago and completely enjoyed our stay. The manager was so amazing and helpful! We travel a lot and never stay at same place but we just bought a black Friday deal and are coming back to check out your cabins!

I like the original touch that has been reinforced however I have a concern for the new addition of what is considered to be a GM . Other than that I see that this place is definitely one of a kind. My Thank You goes out to those who Have made my stay beyond what else I have been shown to expect. Thank you so much.

We are currently staying here due to our home catching fire last week and the lady on second shift Carrie is amazing my kids loved her she was fun sweet caring understanding easy to talk to just all the way round wonderful and made it so easy on us as well as turned a bad reason for having to stay at a hotel into a good time . I would also like to thank the housekeeper who gave us a mini fridge when i asked and say thank you to the housekeeper named Raven. She was very sweet and understanding. Its only because of those 3 ladies.(concerning the hotel )that i didnt completely lose my mind so thank you .......Carrie ,raven, and the mini fridge housekeeper. Lol sorry i didn't get your name. . 😄😅😂 .

Brook point inn is a quaint hotel just outside Syracuse, Indiana. Rooms are spacious and conference rooms are available. The management was very helpful with working with our wedding party and guests from our of town.
