Bayview an FR Community

Had maintenance come in twice without notice and without permission for repairs. With our pups loose on the house, alone with them. We both own weapons and had we been home at the time and surprised it could have been a serious situation. We reported this both times and after the first time explicitly said that no one needed to return to the final repair, and that we would pick up the part from the office. When it happened the second time and we relayed our grievances and talked to them about the violations to our contract we were laughed and told it wasn't a big deal by Alicia. After we talked to upper management, regional manager Chris, we were told it had happened multiple times and then when we called back the second time he denied what he said and lied to us . Don't live somewhere like this unless you have to. They have no respect for privacy and don't care about their tenants as long as they are making money.

I like it here, I'm on the water so that's a huge plus... it's a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part. Management is very nice and they normally get to my needs pretty quickly. Some of the other park residents do need to learn some boundaries but it's not too awfully bad for a trailer park.

Bayview came into our home twice without permission or notice which is required per contract that we signed with them, and refused to allow us to dissolve our lease. They have been unprofessional, unkind, and ignorant. It takes a lot to make me upset, but as a mom with a little one year old, I take my privacy and safety seriously, and when you have someone you don't know entering whenever they want, and the staff just laughs at you about it and says it's not a big deal, you have a problem. Look up Indiana State for renters law if you are doubting your rights to privacy while renting. I live in America because I have rights whether I rent or own. Don't rent here, don't support them.
