Keep raiseing the lot rent. Water lines freeze up and water is supplied from out of state. No meters to charge a fixed rate by meter. They need to figure a better way to handle the trailer park. The roads are terrible and in need of repair.

Roads are constantly in a disastrous state. The trailer court fixes things at there speed sometimes not repairimg things for months or not fixing it at all. The office has water pumping into their yard. It has been that way for some time and they are in no hurry to fix it anytime soon. They get grants for the trailer court and don't ask residents for opinions on how to use the money. They spend it on what they feel the trailer court wants or needs.

Poorly managed, owners live in Canada so they are unreachable, and nothing they say their going to do gets done
