I had a wonderful time staying at the Comfort Suites in Cedar Falls, IA.earlier this year. And my second time around was even better. The staff are polite and helpful. The business center and workout room are very convenient. The front desk offers snacks, microwavable meals and a series of traveling essentials. The indoor pool is pretty sweet. Oh, and the complimentary breakfast is as good as you will find at any hotel.

The rooms are incredibly spacious. The bathroom is as big as any you will find. The room offers a microwave, a refrigerator, work desk and even a living room area with a table and a foldout bed that offers a third sleeping option. In my book, the Comfort Suites in Cedar Falls, IA. was even better the second time around.

Touring comedian Chad Thornsberry recently stayed here while performing nearby and was very happy with the stay! The room was awesome, very friendly staff, and there was a free breakfast in the morning that was very nice to get the day started with. We at Ignite Hospitality Services would like to send a huge Thank You along with Chad's for being so great!

First room lock didn't work so after fully unloading (a family of five) time to reload and move rooms.  Went to use pool and hot tub and told that hot tub had to be shut down to get ready for the weekend.  We are not here on the weekend so I guess the weekend use is more important than our use?  Next time will look for a hotel that cares more about the guests that are here than the ones that are coming!!

Great customer service! Rosemary checked me in and was extremely friendly and helpful! We stayed in a hot tub suite and it was better then expected. Pool was fun and playful feeling, our stay was very nice and much needed on our getaway. We will definitely be staying again!

Last 2 times we stayed the rooms were hot.  We had to unplug the heater and open the window.  Traffic is noisy.  They are in the process of remodeling...
