Art Van Furniture - Cedar Falls

The delivery drivers are wonderful. Ordered a 7 piece room set on 12/19/2017. The first problem was we were overcharged, once we pointed it out they fixed it. Furniture was to be delivered by 1/5. I called on 1/6, I don't think they had placed out order as they were scrambling on the phone. Anyway, took delivery on 1/12. Out of the 7 pieces,1 was missing, 2 were damaged, and the wrong couch was delivered (57% failure rate). The delivery guys said the manager would call the next day to make corrections. WE had to call 8 days later. 1/26 correct couch and lamp were delivered. Still no word on the coffee table nor the free lamp promised because of all their errors. I would recommend other furniture stores until they can fix their delivery and communication systems. If you ordered from them, I hope your experience is better.

My Art Van experience was excellent throughout, and I'm happy to share it. The salesman, Ben, was friendly, informative and very helpful while never being pushy. He and the bookkeeper took great pains to be sure the billing would be correct. We took delivery of the furniture yesterday, and it is everything we hoped for in quality and beauty. The delivery guys were knowledgeable, pleasant, and careful. I need 6 stars as an option!

Went furniture shopping a couple days after Black Friday and they still had amazing deals going on. We found exactly what we were looking for. A black leather sectional. Had to wait a couple weeks to pick it up but it was totally worth it. We picked it up yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Art Van for your professionalism and great customer service.

Cindy Ireland, our sales lady, was the best! Very informative and friendly! And, of course, Gary enjoyed visiting with his ‘star’ athlete, Dale, who was on his sophomore basketball team many years ago! We are treated like royalty when we walk in the door! I had shopped at the former store for years and always enjoyed doing business with them. I had my first chance to shop at the new Art Van Store in Cedar Falls. What a difference, and a Very Good difference! The selection was amazing and very contemporary. I was offered delivery for what I wanted within a week, and it happened just as promised! Their new sleep center was very impressive and prices beat the big stores in Des Moines. Was very impressed!
