They double charged my 20% tip. My confirmation email for my order total said also what the webpage total said, but my bank statement was almost $10 dollars more than the said confirmed payment. The pizza was already awful and they seasoned the crust wrong but I wasn’t going to call and complain because it happens sometimes. But when I saw my bank statement of course I had to call. On duty manager said when I called the store the next day that they couldn’t do anything that the store manager had to correct it. She said he’d call me the next day when he was in and no surprise, I didn’t hear a thing.
Always made well and they actually cook my pizza to well done, which is how we like it. Great amount of cheese without paying for extra, reasonable prices and good deals for a family of 4
Well of you can see the pic of my extra turkey club u cam see why I was beyond mad. What made it worse is I got NO apology, she would not admit that they had made it wrong that they have to watch their inventory that's why there is no meat cheese or anything . Kept saying Xtra turkey is 2 extra slices, ok but where's the original amount of meat that comes on it normally its like she couldn't grasp the concept. Then says she can remake it what with 2 slices again, I don't see any cheese either, I count 4 pieces of bacon. Beyond disappoint. How bout wow I'm sorry about that mam no this is not how your sandwich should look I apologize can I make you a new one? Where is the customer service? Tipped them for my pick up order to had to drive almost 20min back to restaurant. Hungry Howies Holt Mi cedar st.
I have to add Xtra cheese just to make sure I get a decent amount of cheese. This business should never have moved if they couldn't afford cheese and decently cut ham for crying out loud. Domino's FTW at this rate.Food: 1/5
I've never had a problem ordering from here. The employees are always friendly with me and the food is also as expected. The store is always clean as well!
The whole chain is awful haven't been able to use gift card for over a month because the gift card system not working an nobody has fixed it everytime I ask if it's working they say no an nobody seems to care nor try to get the situation fixed I honestly just want my money back because this is ridiculous
Always delightful dealing with the team at this store, I get out 30 before they close and they always treat me kindly when I order Service: 5/5
Very disappointed. Our food arrived over an hour after ordering and seeing total time till delivery 45 minutes. Both of our HOT subs were cold and soggy from condensation and our large order of Asian wings were cold. We live 1.4 miles from the location. This location has a poor delivery time as well as cold food. I wouldn't recommend this location. Go to Hungry Howie's in DeWitt and pick it up. By the time you get home it will still be warm.
Bought several pizzas to split & freeze for later. So far 3 out of 4 packages have hair in the pizza. Not ours!Food: 1/5
Order food from this location and the food was very delicious. We very pleased with the service of delivery guy as well as the quality of the food. All good was nice and hot when it arrived. Will definitely order from this location again.
