Love Costco. Truly do. But man, learn how to manage people. Management here whispers a '2 per membership' limit on pokemon cards, while barely pretending to manage a queue.nnThere's no 'official' line to get into Costco and take handouts, but dear Costco management, this pokemon craze for drops has happened for 2+ years and you've done nothing but actually encourage behaviour that would start a fight if you wanted product.nnAs a regular shopper trying to be orderly, Costco plainly stood with their pants down while others were cutting in line and provoking others. Check the video - people line butting to be 'with their friends' and then screaming 'don't touch me', is some A+ grade humour.nnManagement - set up a queue, actually regulate purchases. Use some common sense. It's not hard even if you don't know when an order is coming your warehouse is more than equipped. Don't 'act' surprised when it's happening right in front of your face.

Amazing location because of some amazing staff members. Starting with Elizabeth M for helping over the phone then Ashton helping me in store and drum roll.......***MARIA*** for being an all star in helping me with my purchase. Dream team of extremely helpful, friendly and sincere individuals. They are 100% what Costco is made of. 10/10 would shop here again.nnPicture is of the reason I went into the store

I just want to send a quick compliment to the cashier I had today. Name starts with M. She was so happy and smiling and engaging everyone in brief conversation. I was third in line and she asked every single person how they were, and smiled and laughed in whatever little bit of conversation there was time for, all while keeping the line moving quickly the lines were already building up so it was a busy time. She really is an asset to Costco, everyone is pleasant at Costco, but she went above and beyond. Thank you!!

I had a great experience at the Costco on King Street. The store was very well organized, which made shopping easy and stress-free. The cashiers moved really quickly, keeping the lines short and efficient. The environment was nice and clean, and I really appreciated the welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, it felt like a place that cares about both quality and service. Definitely one of the better Costco locations I’ve visited.
