Costco Wholesale

It's an ok Costco, it was small and over stocked. Little room to move around and crowded with back to school shopping. It had all the necessary inventory but needs more space for a comfortable shopping experience. It also has several gluten free options.

Best time to go is mid day, hands down! No lines, no one driving backwards then stopping... For directions? Just like the roads should be! Stay to the right unless you are passing people! The Kitchener location now has dress shirts and nice sized money trees! but we are still waiting for Kirkland undershirts and keto ice creams to return

Costco is a great store with fair prices for quality products. Costco is also socially responsible and pays its employees well compared to other big chains. Staff are always eager to help and they're friendly and happy, all around a great shopping experience.

Avoid on weekends. Tuesdays are probably the best day. It gets crazy busy, however Costco has streamlined to check out process so that you can usually get out of there in a reasonable amount of time, far better than most other retailers in that regard. Know what things are worth before shopping here, there are good deals to be had, but sometimes you can do better elsewhere

It’s … fine. Prices are good, and they carry many products which are tricky or more expensive to find elsewhere. However, this is counterbalanced against an incredibly anti-shopper experience, based around a poorly designed anti-pedestrian parking lot, unfriendly staff, cramped aisles which feed into even busier aisles, and an inventory rotation that leaves you wondering if what you enjoyed last week will be in the store next time.

They have great deals. The only thing we are not happy with is that they don't have halal chicken no fresh chicken, chicken nuggets or any products with chicken. We did fill up the form about that but it doesn't look like they are working on it.

We ordered a washing machine and dryer from here and gave my phone number as contact information. They tried to deliver but did not call my phone number I live in an apartment so I need people to call for me to know they've arrived. We had ordered a laundry machine and dryer so we had already taken out the previous ones. Now we have to be without a washer and dryer for a whole week due to their inability to appropriately contact someone when they are delivering their order.

I wasn’t sure where to put this feedback. But I was at Costco at 11:00am yesterday for Remembrance Day. I so appreciated that the played Flanders Field poem at 11:00 to remind everyone to stop for a minute to reflect and remember! And shoppers around me all stop. So amazing!!

Had the MOST awful experience here. A cashier, Chester literally yelled at me, called me a name and refused to speak to me further while throwing my groceries down the table to the packer who was also shocked at his behaviour. I asked for 2 bills... I used the same payment method for both and my elderly mother was with me. He lost his mind and seriously shouldn't be working in a customer service job. I've been a member for years and this has never been an issue before. I will not be returning to this location after this. This is one of many situations I've heard about lately. Need to check your staffing requirements and perhaps hire those who enjoy dealing with people. Totally unacceptable.

I needed help with buying some cards, and this employee named Ben took time out of his day to help me with moving the pallets required. He went above and beyond expected. He was very nice, and helpful, answering all my questions. I was very happy with my visit because of him. Shout out to Ben.
