This is my favourite Aritzia location that I have ever been to! Krista was helping me out and she was amazing! She was super helpful and extremely personable. She never hesitated when I needed another size or styling advice. Thanks to Krista helping me out so much I ended up loving everything she showed me and spent over $600. I will definitely be back when Krista is working!

I was in this morning looking for a dress to wear to a banquet this weekend, a girl named Rachael helped me and although they didn’t have my size she offered to order it in and even gave me her card for the next time I’m in. I usually never have luck at Aritzia and don’t usually like talking to people in stores but she was so polite and easy to talk to. She went above and beyond and I’ll definitely be back! :)

I absolutely love Aritzia's clothing. However, the customer service and overall vibes of the store are consistently negative, especially at this location. The sales associates are very cold and egotistical, which is an unnecessary attitude for a store that is mid-end AT BEST. Rarely am I greeted, nor are the associates helpful when I'm trying on clothes. On a positive note, I recently shopped here and alas was helped out by the very warm and helpful Laura. Steer clear of this location and shop online instead.

Save your money and go somewhere else. I’m surprised Aritzia, as a chain, still exists! They sell cheap quality clothing for far more than they are worth. Many of the items I’ve purchased and brought home are damaged or fall apart after a couple of wears. A bralette you can purchase there for $30, you can find the exact same one on Wish for $3. Their sales are a JOKE! They only take $5 off from a $100 top from last season. For their high prices, you’d think they have an excellent return policy, NOPE! Horrible customer service, and the worst part is, home office doesn’t make any attempts for improvement. It’s like they strive for this “image”. Absolutely terrible. Won’t be coming back, not even to their liquidation sale when the Aritzia chain finally goes out of business.

From the many times I’ve visited the store, the employees lack any manners suitable for a work environment. Firstly, workers should tend to their customers the way they also want to be treated as I give my full respect to them, yet, do not receive the same respect in return. I bought a pair of leggings the other day but then realized the size number was too big. Upon returning them today, an employee refused to tend to my needs even though the tag on the leggings was still attached along with a receipt but said the condition of the tag looked “weird” even though they were bought the day before. The employee was acting very impatient with me, though I still gave my full respect as a customer. On the other hand, employees do not give into 100% of their job entitlements towards their customers in my experience as I was pointed into the general vicinity of the changing room area without any sort of communication. The comparison between Aritzia and other stores staff members I have visited is very undoudtedly different, respect seems to be a main focus they need to work on. If I could give the rating a negative five out of five starts I would. Just keep in mind you will be losing a few customers including myself, my mother, my sister, and a few friends that tagged along when purchasing the leggings.
