really the clothes are very nice but I do not want to go since the attention there is pessimistic the saleswomen are very rude and , no attention to help the client.I would like that their superiors to have a meeting with them and to do a training on how to treat the clients.

Only one of the girls that works here is helpful (Alyssa) the rest of them are just not great at customer service what so ever. Really rude and can tell they hate when customers talk to them or ask them to get something down etc.

Had to pick up some last minute Bday clothes for my GF today and the staff was very helpful and thorough. Almost too much stuff packed into the store, but the organization is a testament to the wonderful staff

I went in shopping for a friends b-day the staff had no interested in helping me at all. Was not greeted by anyone no one offered help I wanted a shirt that was high up and I could not reach was told she would be right back waited 5 minutes than said forget it and left. The store was not busy I guess its more important to talk to other staff than help customers !

Unfortunately the customer service was inadequate and the employees seemed to lack attentiveness. On multiple occasions I have overheard employees fighting with each other openly in front of customers and generally having negative attitudes towards their duties and their customers. I found that these incidents made me very uncomfortable and feeling like I would be treated poorly for asking for assistance. I noticed the quality of the merchandise has declined in the last couple years and along with the customer service I have no desire to shop at Sirens any further.
